Scientists warn superstorms could destroy CA, 5X worse than a major Earthquake?

Scientist say that a storm is "highly probable" and would more than likely dump water that would be the same as 60 Mississippi Rivers. That it would be 5 time more devasting than a major earthquake. I guessing because CA (at least Southern CA) is ill prepared for ANY major falling of rain. Hell the people out here can't handle driving when it rains even an inch, let alone 60 Mississippi Rivers!! However, there is no cause for panic "currently".

But....my question is.....if HAARP can create these weather anomolies..does it also have the power to STOP them? not that they would, but I'm curious?

I'm guessing the process could be reversed easily, the conditions might be different but it should be possible. its just low frequency waves after all.

Now that the big E/Q didn't hit, let's say superstorms are the next major threat.

What comes after that? Nuclear Holocaust?

Seriously though, maybe an Earthquake will hit the region soon, maybe a superstorm. With the way things are going in the middle east, I would say the third is most likely!!
