Are the terrorist upset with the French? or is the way the Libyans are fighting back?

I think we are going to see more and more "terrorist activity" heating up around the world for a response on this whole Libya situation.

all I can wonder is it America or AlCIAda doing this to give us more of a reason to get on the ground in Libya.

Thanks man, my gf is headed to London. She is already worrying me with that. She doesnt realize that with all that is going on in the world today, now is not the time for a vacation.

Fox news has already revised the report saying no package was found.

It seems this was all because of a phoned in bomb threat saying the Eiffel Tower would blow up at a certain time. They evacuated out of caution and are already starting to let people back in.

I'm enjoying having the tower livecam up on my monitor, I think I'll leave it here for the rest of the day. I'm enjoying watching the searchlight go round and round...

Blimey,hope nothing happens-I've always thought the Eiffel Tower would be both a desired target and a relativley easy one for fanatics wanting to create huge media interest and many deaths.
Hope the security is tight,and that they are checking for unconventional methods,like thermite charges placed on the tower,or maybe an oscillator bolted on.

All must be considered to keep the tower safe IMO.

If I recall correctly there was a scare at the Eiffel Tower
a few months ago. I believe because of what's going
on with Lybia we will see much more of this in the
near future. I think it best to stay away from large
public places at this time - no time for a vacation -
best to stay near family and friends until some of
this simmers down if it does.

Here in France, we have douzains of such false alerts in the Eiffel tower a year and, for most of them, they are only the result of stupid games by teenagers...

It's the muslims, they still mad about some anti muslims bills..
