I can go a long time without food as i've been pretty much doing this for a year or two now.
I'm 5'10, 150lbs, right where I want to be as a martial artist since my technique is all about Speed/agility.
I eat steaks/perogies/big meals sometimes but most of the time i'm just skirting by on water/milk,
I never eat breakfast and I feel great nearly 100% of the time. Always have energy.
I wouldn't suggest you do the same though as it's something i've become accustomed to.
It might be a shock to your body, you'd have to do it gradually.
