WTH!!! The days seem to be getting longer!!!!

I typically take my smoke break at work around 7 CST, and its usually dark out. But for some strange reason its still extremely bright outside.

I think something BIG!!! is seriously about to happen soon.
What could be causing this???

LOL I was wondering wtf until I saw what forum this was in. Everyone knows that the days get longer until June 21st then get darker until December 21st. Same cycle every year.

Somebody doesn't know what an approaching summer entails...

I noticed the days are longer too, but isn't the entire thing due to daylight savings time? I'm not being sarcastic. Do you think that the days are longer than they should be after accounting for DST?

I saw on fox news that the earth's rotation has slowed down and it's good for us. americans now weigh less and have a longer work day.

Yep, this tends to happen as we approach summer, Stay tuned for the encore, after summer it gets...wait for it...darker and the daylight gets shorter.
Next you will be noticing it is getting warmer (and of course the heatwave scorched Earth threads will begin).

But you know these silly threads meant to be taken seriously aren't exactly rare, I have a tradition of each winter and summer of referring to the Ice age/Solar flare threads of the previous season.
