Iraq Forces Say They are Closing in on Zarqawi

BAGHDAD � Iraq claims its intelligence services and security forces have achieved significant gains against Abu Mussib Al Zarqawi.

Iraqi officials said the nation's intelligence services have succeeded in tracking the leadership of Al Zarqawi's Tawhid and Jihad group. They said Iraqi intelligence has managed to obtain information to understand the structure of Al Zarqawi's network, its location and recruitment methods.

It would be nice to take this guy off the streets of Bagdad!

I only hope there is actually material to back up their claims, rather than being just political posturing speech.

Zarcawi is just the kind of individual my sig has in mind...this guy needs taken out by any means.

The only people we seem to hear about him from are intelligence agencies, and they keep changing their story about him. Also we know that our intelligence agencies tend to lie a lot.
Why should we believe them?
