Found this on of all places, one of the first tea party group sites FedUPUSA.

The Paradox of Political Divide....

The criminality of the Banksters is beginning to breed some strange bedfellows.

It is not "strange bedfellows" it is realizing the two "combatants" are the individual and the Bankster "Monolith"

It also helps if you realize the Bankster LOVE socialism and HATE capitalism.

Look into the Fabian Society and the the London School of Economics.

The fight we see is between the "elite" Fabian Socialists and the Marxists. The goals are the same the methods and who is on top is different. The goals are a society where:

1. Rights are derived from the state;
2. The group is more important than the individual;
3. Coercion is the preferred method to bring about reform;
4. Laws should be applied differently to different classes;
5. Providing benefits (redistributing wealth) is the proper role of government.

What is happening today I still see as communism, only the "proletariat" has been replaced by the "corporatariat" (my word, yes).
As JPZ has pointed out is the question really boils down to where do our rights come from?
If we say government then we only have whatever rights they tell us we have.
If we say "Our creator" then we are still following the original meaning and intent of the Constitution.
What I don't understand is how the Religious right could fail to see the critical importance of this issue.
Why aren't the TV preachers raising holy hell about our fundamental, God-given rights being abrogated by the state?
The whole "render unto Caesar" blather about supplication to the state is no excuse for allowing them to take away from the people that which God has given us.
Wake up churches! The state has declared itself above our Creator.
We need divine intercession before either the people rise up or the state puts them down. I'm truly afraid that things will turn violent and we will lose all that we have fought for the last 200+ years.
We're supposed to be on the same side after all - "One Nation, under........who?"

Ah, my friend, great question! There is a reason I refer to those judges and lawyers who insist on dismissing the supremacy of rights as being priest class lawyers, and I do not use that phrase out of a profound respect for the priest class. While I am a believer in God, I am in no way a believer in institutionalized religions.

The whole "render unto Caesar" blather about supplication to the state is no excuse for allowing them to take away from the people that which God has given us.

Again, great point! This is the problem with the priest class and their mystical incantations. For any priest, religious or secular, in the United States, to fall back on "render unto Caesar" argument is a profound disregard for the Constitution for the United States - a document of which does not show disregard for either religion, and certainly not our Creator - as the Constitution makes perfectly clear that in the United States there are no Caesars!

How ironic, that when these priests fall back on this argument they either ignore New Testaments commandment to "obey the laws of the land", or alternately use this verse to justify bogus legislation that tramples upon the rights of people. Of course, even if the priest class ignore it, and you or I bring it up to them, they will counter that a "good Christian" is commanded to submit to civil authorities, which again misses the entire point of both the federal Constitution and all state Constitutions. There are no Caesars, and We the People are the civil authorities!

Of course, the religious institutions have conspired with government to suppress the people. This is why, in spite of the First Amendments insistence that Congress shall make no laws respecting the establishment of a religion, that the IRS will hound any religion into bankruptcy if they do not apply for a 501(c)-series of approval in order to exist, and of course, "comply with the tax laws", where ironically, and even though it is highly dubious that any religion is liable for any so called "Personal Income Tax", that their 501(c)-3, or 4, or 5 or whatever they are applying for, is an "exemption from" the tax. How insane is that?

In fact, I remember years ago getting roped into one of those Scientology introduction films, and my jaw dropped down to the floor when I was watching this film and the narrator said: "Now, you may ask what makes us a religion? Well, no less than the IRS states..." Cut to an insert of the actual document from the IRS that the narrator is quoting. "...Scientology is a bona-fide religion."

Imagine that! A church is using the endorsement of the IRS in order to prove they are actually a religion! Just how insane are We the People?

Wake up churches! The state has declared itself above our Creator.

While you consistently make great posts in this site, this one is my very favorite!

We very well may descend into violent revolution, but because of people like you, and many, many others in this site, I remain faithful that we can influence a peaceful "velvet" revolution of non-acquiescence to the creepy little Caesar's who have presumed they have authority greater than that of the inherent political power of the people.

Keep fighting the good fight, brother.

Yes, I know... Some of you will undoubtedly think the objectives presented in that video are simply wonderful.

In my opinion, you are either seriously misguided or just a wannabe criminal.

Well loam... call me a criminal.

I stopped paying all Mortgages, Student Loans, and Credit Cards in 2009 to the sum of over 1/3 of a Million.

They can shove it.

They can keep the houses.

And they can wipe their asses with their default rates.

Renting is cheap and for the first time in my life I have cash savings.

What wealth, there is no wealth unless you have gold and who has it THE FED and who gave it to them the US GOVERNMENT. The banks don't have money and neither does the US government it's all a big charade, they made the money out of nothing. The FED is not even a part of this country.

If you really want to point fingers then point it at the US government because they sold out the people of the USA about 100 years ago. The 5 richest bankers in the world back then got together and drafted the legislation and idea behind the FED. I know a lot of you don't like Glenn Beck but you really should watch this History of THE FED. It explains what The Federal Reserve is all about. Last week he did a whole series on Fox News about all that is going on today worldwide and in USA. In fact what is going on now worldwide he has been saying is going to happen for quite some time and everyone wants to paint him as a crazy-ranting-bafoon but he makes sense when you listen to him. He is the only reason I watch MSM.

Then you take the UNIONS, what do they do for the workers other than make themselves rich off the workers dime. Think about it they are no different than the politicians who take your money from you and tell you that they will do this and that, then they do nothing.

The Federal government has no power according to the constitution to tell the States what they can and can't do according to the constitution. That is unless they want money from the Federal government and then well they have to listen to them. The only reason they agree to do what the federal governments wants is because of money. They want their pay as well as the pay for all the public sector workers.

Why do politicians need to have so many assistants? They only need one and they should be writing their own laws. Not letting some big profit making George Soros corporation write the Health Care Bill. Why do you think Nancy Pelosi said "Let's just pass this and worry about what is in it afterwards", the reason is that her and no one else knew what was in it. Now you have the US government giving big unions SEIU for one a pass so they don't have to abide by the Health Care Bill.

The government should not be giving anything out to the American people at all and they certainly don't have the Constitutional authority to be enforcing laws on the people.

What would be the outcome if we protest the banks, Wall Street, big business, and the likes and then lets say martial law is declared. What happens then? The military takes control of the country, well that is if any of them survive the betrayal that has been done to them by the Federal government for the last 10 years. I don't believe that any of the soldiers in the Middle East right now are going to come home. They are surrounded and you have Iran and Israel who are probably going to nuke each other.

All that can be done then is for let's say Blackwater and companies like them to be federalized by the government. Wait a minute they already are federalized by them, I served in US Army in Iraq alongside them. They are ruthless thugs and whenever we went on a patrol with them we knew they were going to get us into a fight. They don't have to follow the same ROE that we did.

The other option would be The UN and do you think you would want other countries coming in here and taking over. Then we would have an "Open Society"! Do you know what that is? I don't and no one will tell you what it is.

I agree that our government has gotten out of control and needs to be removed along with the Federal Reserve. Then we can return this country back to the way it was and what the founding fathers had intended. First we need to get all the US Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and Airmen home somehow and I mean yesterday. If we don't do that we are going to lose a lot American people over there and my heart goes out to them.

If we do what SEIU "Steve Lerner" is talking about well then what happens? They will just take control and usurp power just like the US government does now!
