It's really not a building. It's a monument. Something decorative. Something on a pillar. Like that Penrose Triangle Sculpture. See below:

Reread my earlier comments and look at the below image. The card does clearly show a citadel, minaret or a colon.
If only my memory was better I am sure I've seen the same image in real.
