I DIDN'T SAY I USED THE TIMEWAVE CALCULATOR. I SAID HE DID, AND THAT I DID SOMETHING SOMETHING ALITTLE DIFFERENT; BUT CAME UP WITH THE SAME DATE, THEN I PRECEEDED TO TAKE THAT DATE AND EXPAND IT. I ALSO SAID I WASN'T PREDICTING ANYTHING. ACCORDING TO HIS TIME IT WAS 4:14 AND SOME MINUTES.

No.

I believe there is some luck in terms of predictions but the earth does move and as it moves, there may be some way to compute next quakes with enough data.

I have been thinking "Bakersfield, CA" for a few days now and have been watching Jim Berkland's work over time - along with reading his site. So, throw my vote in for "South of Bakersfield" as a potential next big quake in CA. Not sure it's today but it's been bugging me for a few days.

Well, I'd post about my cats, but I'm at work still so I have no idea what they're doing. I will say that there are birds flying around all over the place, which is somewhat out of the ordinary, but could also just be because we've had a ton of rain the last few days, so they haven't had much of a chance until now.

as of yet no shaking and no rumblings

You can go to Google and type "time in California" and it will give you the current time in California. You can do that with just about any major city, state, or even country.

Pretty handy tool.
