Now this man runs the electric facility in Gaza and has no publically known terrorist activities. Israel kidnapped him and is currently interrogating
him in Israel. Now, what if an Israeli engineer were kidnapped from, say, France and transported to Iran for interrogation, would this be acceptable?
How about kidnapping the many accussed "war criminals" and transporting them to a country that would be willing to try them for war crimes.
After all if Israel is permitted to arbitrarily kidnap people around the world, then it seems to me it should be acceptable to kidnap Israelis when
deemed necessary. Should we not have the same rules and laws for everyone?
This kidnapped engineer is a civilian, not part of the government, not part of Hamas' terrorist organization, just a civilian worker. One could
build a hundred senarios as to why this guy was illegally abducted and not one of them would make it legal or right!
