CHICAGO, March 19 -- Thousands of people on Saturday marched on Chicago's Michigan Avenue to demonstrate against U.S. involvement in the war in Libya.

"We should stop the war machine, we are on the street to let everyone know, no more war," a protester told Xinhua with "No War" banner on his hand.

"Leave the money for healthcare, jobs, school, not the war," demonstrators shouted and distributed anti-war leaflets on the street.

Finally, they see the light that their guy is no better than Bush was. Funny how they now protest against Libya, but don't protest against the Afghan war? Or the Iraq war? Or the bombing of Pakistan? Or the bombing of Yemen? Or the bank bailouts he voted for? Or the patriot act renewal? Or the wiretapping? Or Guantanamo still being open? Ect...

Maybe now that they've seen that Obama can lie on one issue they'll wake up to his whole BS and realize there's no difference between the democrats and the republicans?


And funny uh that this is being reported on the CHINESE NEWS... but it's nowhere on the US MSM... I wonder why uh? MSM loves the warmongering.

And I applaud you for it. But it seems all those ``liberals`` groups who protested during Bush every week never protested once about the same issues since Obama is in because it's ``their guy``...

The city I used to live in had this group of partisan democrats who went out to the center green every Sunday to protest the Afganistan and Iraq invasions. They started the day we went into afganistan and when I left that city they were still doing it.

Every Sunday waving their peace banners and holding signs for their democrat candidates.

I wonder if they're out there today with Libya signs.

It's all just too stupid to comprehend. One mans war is wrong but smothers is just. I think my personal favorite rationalization is that though Bush wanted war for oil Obama is just under the control of oil companies and doesn't really want to be doing the things he's doing. As though Michele and the girls are tied up for ransom on some Exxon tanker and will be thrown overboard if Obama doesn't do as he's told.

They're both evil, Bush and Obama. The office is evil. Any authoritarian structure is evil. Doesn't matter if they push socialism, capitalism, corporatism, or whatever. Even a righteous dictator is still a dictator. All authority is tyranny.

The recent action of the U.S Administration just goes to demonstrate that although they hold office, it is the people behind the scenes who hold all the power. The more and more this happens, it just adds weight to the fact that the illuminati are pushing for a NWO.
