Moon over Lake Ontario... it was definitely an awesome site to see... hard to capture it fully in a picture! Oh well, the mental image is forever burned into my mind

Nice images folks.

I was out about 2am with my 4" Refractor and saw many anomalies...lots of anomalous very large towers with huge sphere's atop of them mainly.

I even saw a 'fast walker' zip across the moon's surface (shot past my view)...having said that, i have no images of any of this, or even the moon itself i'm afraid, i'm in the process of sorting out some imaging equipment to bolt onto my scope, but budget doesn't allow at the moment.

I said I would if I remembered so here is one, single shot and changed the brightness and contrast etc...

Fecking hell, that's beautiful.

Big let down for me i'm afraid (the supermoon, not your picture ) it was too cloudy were i'm at.
