Mods, I just realized this probably should have went into the general conspiracy thread. I appologize and please move if needed.

This is my second attempt at this thread since I accidently lost all info I was working on.

I think it is important so I will make another run at it. I feel it deserves its own thread to talk about this situation at hand. The thread moves too fast and the info is already lost.

I made this post in this thread.
www.abovetopsecret.com...

I will use two photos of the building number three in Japan. One older and one newer(kind of..lol), to make my hypothesis.

Here it goes. My original post.

Ok, call me crazy but I am going to go with the media being used to bend the truth on this one. I feel this may be important so if some one could look. I am suggesting photo shop from TPTB..

In this picture I was looking at the damage of the number three reactor building. I edited it and circled the area red. I hope this helps.

I got my proper orientation in my head and was comparing this photo with the zoomed in damage photo. I was interested in the upper left hand portion of reactor number three building in the photo above, to the left of the arrow. I was inspecting the roof truss system and surrounding structure. (From the original zoom it looks like road or "yard" above the building). I zoomed in pretty close but not to close, because of pixelation...lol..I do not know what the zoom range it was in. I could check again if needed.

What I thought was strange, is the shadows(or lack of) of the wall to the left of the building, and the area directly right of this wall. My circle extended a little low, so focus above the shadow of the hole. I know it is a bunch of wreckage, but focus on the roof trusses and the ground. There is no shadows in this section of roof. It is also more blurry(way more blurry to me) than the rest of the photo when you scroll around.

When I noticed this I read some of the article and it said notice "the steam is no longer visible". The crazy thing is, this blurry spot I am talking about is right where the steam is coming from in this photo.

Look real closely, I think that we are being lied to. This is a major developement to me here. I think I may have found the proof.

I cannot sound too crazy here, people have been claiming twisted facts and falsification by the media the whole time. I think there is something with this because I just sat and stared at the photo for 5 minutes or so with the girlfriend talking to me. She gor upset because I was not listening to her. Please I am shaking right now and I hope the men in black don't come get me.

(end of post)

Now I personally have been waiting on some sort of "evidence" that TPTB have been lying to us. I have yet to see any concrete proof. I hope that the members of ATS can verify this, or post their own "solid" proof.

My hypothesis goes something like this:

I believe that TPTB needed some good hard evidence of improvement. Things have been cast in negative light all along and people are scared. (They (we) have every right to be). What better news than the steam from the building number 3 has ceased? Remember,(how can we forget) number three has been the focus of the devastation and doom. Not to forget to mention about the money problems that the companies and stock holder's will endure if it does not improve. Here is what I see that makes me look even closer.

DigitalGlobe has released a new satellite image of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear site in Japan taken at 10:20AM local time on March 18, 2011. The most significant difference in the new image is the lack of any visible steam above the damaged reactor building for unit 3. In both the March 16 and March 17 images, steam can be seen venting out of the top of the building.

Steam can still be seen venting out of a hole on the side of the unit 2 reactor building where workers removed a panel. .

isis-online.org/isis-reports/detail/ new-march-18-satellite-image-of-fukushima-daiichi-nuclear-site-in-japan/

Now "the most significant difference is the lack of any visible steam". This is posted above the picture in the text. It is definitely a significant difference. Now look again at the blurry spot in the overhead photo, lack of shadows, and the steam in the damaged photo.Hmmm.

If you have read my post then I think you can notice the differences. If this is not the proof then I am all exiced for nothing.

I would like this thread to discuss the validity of the first photo and if it has been tampered with. Also I do believe that I have stumbled upon something. So please be nice if you do not think so. But please share your insight on this situation.

Thank you and if there is any questions please ask. I will proof read it a few times but if anything is not clear then I can explain upon asking. I need to smoke because I am still in shock from realizing this. I just found this and I am still looking for more "evidence".

EDIT: I finally figured it out. Notice it looks good at regular zoom. Exept for the shadows. Zoom in a little and compare the surrounding shadows and blurryness. For clarification, I believe they took out the steam, or whatever, to say it is better and no worries.

I'm not entirely sure what conspiracy you're pointing out here OP, but I believe what you're saying is irrelevant anyway. That's not a personal slight either.....

Latest news suggests that power will be reconnected to the cooling system here & everything will be OK:

Yes, it's a clusterf#ck of biblical proportions & they're going to plug it back in & nuclear environmental catastrophe will be averted. That's ok then.

Thanks for the pic.

I think you're clutching at straws here but to be more objective, do you think you could point out with an arrow or ring the areas you are talking about on these photos.

Don't forget also that these are just a couple of pics and there is also video out there of events regarding these reactors. Do you think they have been tampered with too?

Cheers if you could clarify and thanks for the hard work and posting.

Cool...(no pun intended).

So, with three explosions can you please explain how the cooling systems are going to be able to repair themselves so that they may once again be able to cool the reactors and spent fuel rods?

I mean, it would seem to me that the cooling systems were destroyed in the explosions... so how would anyone plugging power back into anything solve this? The reactors that exploded have lost their cooling mechanisms because of extensive damage.

That is exactly what I am saying. It is all going to be ok???

I believe that for some reason they are making it seem to be better than it is. I believe that number three building might be letting off a little steam still, or they want to hide something down there.

I was all for the media. I thought that they were doing a good job.

I believe that the slant on the situation took a serious turn for the good all of the sudden. This is puzzling to me because I have been following the redneck's posts and I asked my instructor what he thought, they both said the samer thing. This situation is too bad to be fixed over night. Power does not mean it is over. I believe thay are trying to get number three out of the spotlight.

With all of the positive news you posted it makes pefect sense to me to keep the good news a going. Right. The You do not want to disturb the markets anymore than what they are. Big businees will not allow that.

I hate to say it, but this is were the "move along, nothing to see here folks," saying comes into play.

Can you tell me how to circle it? I do not know how to do this.

My kids are acting all crazy. It might take a minute to reply sometimes.

I believe that the closest camera is what 20-30 km away. I noticed that in the videos you can see heat and atmospheric disrubances in the video. I believe that if "they went to the trouble to doctor this photo and release it. Then I can believe that a "quiet" media blackout is in effect on certain topics.

Again I was against the Idea of being lied too. I also believed that there was too many cameras on the situation to do something like this. How many original reports are coming straight from the scene and how many reports rely on other reports? I know that most newspapers use the Associated Press. The more I think about it, the more I am convinced it is really happening.

No worries. If you open the pics in any image program ("paint" in windows) and just mark the areas with a pencil/brush or whatever in a nice bright colour then save under a new name then you can upload the marked pics to show us exactly what you are looking at and what we should be looking at.

Hope that helps and good luck with the kids.

To answer your question, No everything is not OK and won't be OK for a long time.

Hundreds of thousands people have been displaced.

Almost 7,000 known dead.

Almost 10,000 missing.

There are shortages on food, fuel and water as well as medicines. It's cold and freezing.

More people are going to die.

We are traveling unchartered territory and it is a peralious journey.

This is a very serious matter and if people can't grasp the enormity of this situation they are in a deluded state of mind.

I believe there is a "quiet media blackout" about it! I for one do not believe this going to get better with a quick plug in of power. Just look at the videos and images of the reactors. In my opinion, they are damaged beyond repair and will not be able to cool the reactors. I understand that they don't want to give out too much info. Just a kernel of the truth. But at the same time, we need facts! When the terrorists flew those 747's into the trade centers, they didn't tell the passengers they were going to do it. They said we will be landing.. Everyone is going to be okay. This situation is sort of along the same lines. Everything is going to be okay. We have it under control. I'm calling BS. And not for myself or my family here in the states. But those poor Japanese people being lied to. Nevertheless. We will hear the truth. One way or another.

Peace

I wish you were right, but take a look at the devastation. It's certainly not as simple as restoring the power and switching on the cooling systems.

It'd be like totaling a car and then trying to turn the key in the ignition.

Good work liejunkie01, glad you got the hang of photomanipulation.

Judging from the picture and the area you circled I don't think that it's been retouched in any way.

What they're saying and what we see has no real relation to what is really going on I think.

The people there are risking their lives in dealing with this situation and providing up to the minute information to us is not as important as getting on with sorting the problems out.

You think that smoke has been removed to justify saying it is not so serious, but how do we know exactly what the timing of the photograph and any announcement are and that they would correlate?

What if there was no steam because there was no water left in the tank?

After reviewing your theory, I'm left with one question and an observation....IF they had photoshopped the steam from reactor number 3, why didn't they also remove the steam from reactor number 2 at the same time if they were trying to purvey a sense of calm to those who are worried things are still dangerously bad?
Another thing to note is that there would have been lots of dust and debris from the explosion(s) and what you point out about a lack of shadows and blurriness could be the result of structures being covered in that dust and debris, thus "softening" edges and blending structures into their surroundings.

I'm sure more pictures will be found and more will come to light but thanks for posting and really great work.

I don't envy those workers one bit and pity their families who must be going through their own private hells.

cheers, nerb

I think that the wall should be putting off more of a shadow. Look at the tower to the left. the shadow is pointing up and to the right.....With the wall, there seems to ba a little black line that is supposed to be a shadow, but it does not extend out far enough. I believe that this is a very good job of photo manipulation by TPTB. The trusses in the closeup photo are also obscured in the picture from above. In the close up photo of building number three(second photo), I see nothing on top of the trusses. In the first photo there is nothing there but blurr where the truss should be. This is leaving me puzzled.

I believe that dust cannot cover a shadow. If an object is protruding upward in altitude it will leave a shadow, especially when the sun is at the angle in the pic, no matter how much dust. That wall should have a longer shadow when compared to other objects in the pic. People got all excited over the shadows pointing in the lunar surface videos screaming hoax. At least they had shadows.

Thank you for the help on the circle bit. Remember I was also a skeptic about the media not telling the truth. Now I am convinced.

I am thinking that maybe "they" do not want us to see something. If not steam, then what? This is what I have been searching for.

To answer the next question about the steam in reactor two. I believe that the media had it in everybodies head that reactor three was super critical and it was making the markets go down,(because it obviosly is) causing panick, and the Japanese Emporer was looking bad. We cannot have an uprising now can we? Seroius TPTB take care of this situation before it becomes a situation. This isn't Libya, or Egypt. Japan is a strong country. Everybody was focused on three and not two. So if they take care of the worst problem it will ease some minds and kind of get everybody off their back for a minute. Now that this problem is "solved" we can worry about the "less" dangerous reactors and progress is being made. Also I believe that if there is still steam coming out, it is a very small quantity. It could be a small uncontained fire, I do not know. I am also curious to see if a nuclear reaction(super hot rods) could cause glowing effect. Such as hot steel being poured.

As for the exlosion and debris. Take a good look at the second close up photo. The trusses and twisted metal are on top. They atre noticably different sizes and angles. The one truss is pretty big and I think this would be noticed first.

I appreciate your questions. I do not have solid evidence for my hypothesis. I know that it is hard to tell from the photos. But I also see a difference in the "blurryness", placement of structural components, and shadows. compared to the rest of the photo. I also believe that if TPTB are using a photo shop program, it is not the version we can get at Wal-Mart, so detection could be alot harder. I believe this is more evidence than somebody coming on a thread and screaming "their lieing to us" and expect everyone to believe you. I know it is out there a little but I see something that is not right. This is all my opinion and I welcome any more input.

One more thing I just thought of, about the dust. They just sprayed tons of water on the building. This should have washed a good quantity of dust away.I am tired, so this will be my last post for the night. Maybe...lol

After close examination, I am sure you're right. That shadow on 3 is not right. Too long an un-shadowed area compared with the other buildings' shadows.

Good catch. They are lying.
