Avatar help

I was trying to follow the walkthrough and when i was sent over to the ATS media site I was prompted to login. I forgot my password since i stay logged in on the main site. I clicked on forget password and i put my screen name in (lcbjr1979) and it said no members match. I am obviously here any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same problem.

The tutorial is 8 years old, as there is no member section anymore.

Very frustrating.

Ok my photo album will not appear...
i click on my pictures, takes me to a log in page, then take me back to the main interface where I clicked on my pictures. So I am guessing photo album is down? If so when will it be back up?

Click on tools than pictures than in the upper right hand corner click on personal upload then you can browse whatever you have. select a picture and open it up then on ATS hit the add picture. you will now be in your media folder thingy.

left click your picture and below it you will see 3 options. the first one will be for you avatar, copy it then at the bottom of your addresses below your picture you can click a link that takes you to your member info page thingy where you can copy your picture to your avatar box.

Complicated and it takes awhile.

It tells me I must be signed in to upload a photo, but I already am.

When I try to sign in again anyway it says I don't exist.

If ATS says you don't exist, then you don't . go look in the mirror to make sure
