When you forget password you have to put your e-mail address in and they will send it to your e-mail

I got it figured out. Log out of ATS. When you go to log back in request a new password. Log in with new password. Then go into the avatar stuff and when you get to ATS media, log in with your username and new password. Worked like a champ for me.
