Looks like they got it to work and is in working order. I wonder if they based on the design of the Predator B or just a coincidence that it looks so much like it. Copy of the schematics and tech stolen?

I am sure that they are building the parts for the Military, so they should be able to assemble them to re-create the drone.

That is an excellent copy of the Predator B. I would be willing to bet your assumption of them having some stolen plans as being right spot on.
