And lets not forget the courage factor alot maybe said by others that we lack it for the wars we didnt take part in. If the truth be told, when the chips were down, and the fear had taken hold to cripple other countries. This is when Canadians showed them what true courage is as they overcame fear and with fewer numbers succeeded when all others failed or were literally too afraid to try.
All the things you say may very well be true, but this is not a rugby match. Technology trumps courage, defence is easier than offence.
Mobile air defence weapons have come a long way in the last couple decades. Stand off offensive air to ground missiles may well do the job. The basic principle remains true, if your close enough to shoot and hit a target you are close enough to be an in range target.
