Because the Air Force isn't telling the Americans where the problem spots are in the Pacific, it makes these almost useless because 50% of the citizens live 25 miles from the coast...millions.
The exposure will happen before anybody realizes there is a problem.

If these are accurate than it means that they have things fairly under control. Big consistent spikes yesterday but now back to the levels of the first few days.
