That doesnt make sense? If he were jobless, and was passed over because he obtained unemployment, I'd say he'd need to be very concerned about this. And your logic is where?

I am not for a law that limits a private company from chosing to employ anyone or to fire anyone for any reason…

I can chose to hire whomever I please all whites, all blacks, all women whatever…I can’t outright say that but I can do whatever I wish and you can try and prove it – I’ll just say you were a smart ass in the interview or I didn’t like the way your presented yourself.

I can hire/fire exactly who I please without regard to the idiotic laws to the contrary.

Private company, private ownership, free choice, red hair, good diction, tight pants whatever the employer wants is his/her purgative.

Don't like his practices or his lack of diversity don't shop there...problem solved.

No government required.
