That guy is definitely pissed there's no doubt about that. I don't think this was fear mongering, this was someone, passionate about what he was saying.

The man speaking on this video is asking us to spread this video on his behalf and the people in japan. So be it, I think its the least we can do. Consider it done.

So far, I've been able to reupload via YouTube channel, two Facebook pages, a few blogs and Twitter.

It would be very beneficial if this were to go viral.

Already put this out too. This man and his video could make a difference. The governments need to stop thinking about there economy and start thinking about there people. Without the people there is no economy.

I don't think it is important if this is "Authentic" and I don't think it is important is it is "Fear Mongering". There is little doubt that this is an appropriate time to have fear and what this man is saying is real regardless of where he is in the world.

I too have put this up on every forum I have to pass along information.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but I got this video from YT just five hours ago.
This is a local, and not going nuts, just providing good on the ground information.

So, YT blocked, kill switches in Japan?
Like I said, I got that one after it was uploaded just five hours ago.

Search on YT for "Japan is in total panic", and sort by Upload Date to review the upload timestamp
for that video.

Youtube just removed this OP youtube video, when I tried loading this video, it gave me message saying "This video has been removed as a violation of YouTube's policy against spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content." Can someone please confirm this?

This is very worrying for me because it look like youtube is trying to remove any videos related to Japan situation and this is very frustrating to us!

wow your right youtube has taken down this video, the people who are in the most danger who just want answers are being treated like they dont exist. i dont understand how the corporation of youtube can deny the right of anyone in a crises like this to ask the people to help him with the truth. youtube has sickened me with this all he wants is to know whats going on, and due to some big shot in his office dosent like this video cause it showes they dont care and by removing the video they just proved it,

its all fine nothing to worry about, stay inside KKKKAABBBOOOOOOOOOOM

Excuse me but this guy seems to be talking about what's going on in tokyo, but nothing about the radiation... don't you think that's a bit odd?

And if you look at this article from NYT, it adds a bit more of a grim outlook to the scenario

www.nytimes.com...

UPDATE: The original video has been removed!!!!!

It was a video of someone near the reactors showing what was on the channels in Japan... noting it was all comedic stuff, nothing disseminating information on what they should be doing etc....

The guy was very frustrated because he couldn't get any real information.

This wasn't spam in any possible way...

the man is asking the world or anyone who sees the video to show it as much as they can, he says in japan they are not telling any information (that is usefull) on the tv and acting like nothing is happening, he says they tell him to stay inside and shut the window. he is concerned that it is much worse than they say and worried about his family. he says if the people are in danger then they need to be told and evacuated no matter the cost.
he seems very upset and anger that he and his family might die cause no one there knows how bad it really is there.

Video removed due to it breaking Youtubes T and C's... Guess they're no longer allowing Japan to broadcast. Bummer.

My sincere apologies for not thinking about adding subtitles!

Give me a few minutes and I can add them to the posted vid on my channel - the gentleman has a very nice French accent.

See this ATS thread:

YouTube Has Been Restricted In Japan This vid is still available.

On You Tube the video links to an article:
Military Blocks High-Volume Websites as Precaution After Japan Quake

The US military blocked high traffic websites in order to preserve bandwidth for communications.
