Eyes Wide Shut...

Yea... well this probably is an old news film, but i wonder if anyone cared to play the sountrack from the castel in reverse. I used SoundForge and this is what i got: A masonic ritual in clear romanian speach. I am from Romania and that's how I understood the words, but if anyone is interested.... it's a nice tip.

I am really happy with this "discovery" and althow I'm sure I'm not the first to find it.... I haven't seen it on the net, so I thaught I should write about it.

Well... I don't know about posting... because I can't find the file or sound post icon. Anyway... I could post it on a website or something but i think it's better if you download it. The mp3 is called Masked Ball (1999 remix) and you cand find it on CD7 of the "Chiillout Moods" colection.

If you still have problems finding it... I shall try to post it.

As for the translation... It's a bit difficult because the words aren't very clear, and I'm not good at biblical english... but, I'll try to do something in that direction.

The bass priest is saying:
Zisa Domnului catre ucenicii sai... Porunca noua dau voua...

This translates into:
"God said to His disciples: `A new commandment I give to you'"

The tenor priest says:
Domnului sa ne rugam pentru mila, viata, pacea, sanatatea, mantuirea, cercetarea, lasarea si iertarea pacatelor robilor lui Dumnezeu. Inchinatori, miluitori si binefacatori ai sfantului lacasului acestuia.

Which translates into:
We still pray for the mercy, the life, the peace, the health, the salvation, the scrutiny, neglection and forgiveness of the sins of God's servants, worshipers, almsgivers, benefactors of this holy site"

All this is repeated several times.
