Glad you're back ATS

I'm relieved ATS was not out of action for too long.I went through a rapid series of emotions when I saw the Bandwidth exceeded message.

First ,thenThen for a few hours with moments of when I saw it was back I rushed quickly to and now I'd just like to sayATS.

I do apologise for the downtime, and the time it took to get the site back online.

A coalition is forming to keep ATS up!

Simon has moved to dispatch assistance from his hosting provider.

I've moved hosting of the forum images to another domain to releave the load on the ATS server.

ProudAmerican will keep his posts under 2,000 words.

Nans will stop insulting in French (meaning she'll only be posting about twice a day )

Its great that we are back again!
Off all the times to go down this is the worst!

Before when Simon had funding problems we had a program of clicking on banners to get him revenue.

Should we start that again?

It's so go to be back! I think I emailed everyone under the sun to find out what the heck was going on. I'll do whatever it takes to keep this forum going..just sign me up!!

just tell me what i need to do and i'll do my best to do it. i love ats for it's a place i can discuss important stuff with knowledgeable ppl. it's a home away from home and since it's free i guess i'll work towards repaying services rendered

The reason ATS has always gone down in the past before is simply due to over-popularity during a major event that relates to this website. The increased influx of people causes one of two things:

1. The site causes a dangerous load on the server CPU causing the site to become temporarily disabled.

2. The bandwidth limit is prematurely reached due to the increase in traffic.

We are in the process of looking into new means to deal with these situations.
