WTH? New Billboard in Town..Have you seen it in your area yet?

Ok well, it was not as expected! The sign does not have a number on it. I didn't get the pic, the light was green and there was traffic... will try in the morning! The sign says its by the purchase area health department!!
Now what would the health department be preparing for??? I thought sure it would say Fema or Homeland Security!
