no, that was not the trick

Wow, I had a very real "feeling" of suggestion when I followed his directions. I had an immediate need to imagine an invisible barrier around myself and hands while still maintaining his execise to keep my hands in place.

Honestly I believe manipulation and the art of it practiced on other people is one of the roads to dark palces, possiblely the greatest "sin" we do one another dailly.

yes same here,
although I had read the description of the video first and already expected it to be something like that, while listening to his voice I had an 'urge' not to move my hands.... still my thumbs moved 15 cm from each other while I was thinking they where still in place.
