Remember how after 9/11, it was discussed to set up a future's market or somesuch to guage how likely another terrorist event is to occur? I don't even remember many of the details about that, but it got me to thinking about some things. Wouldn't there be serious red flags that we could be conscious of that indicate an impending attack? For instance if it is known that there is a radicalist gathering, or group of people, woudn't the members of those groups surely be aware of some impending attack? Maybe there are other signs like troop movements, or sudden changes in traffic to certain stocks (as happened in 9/11). Not sure if anyone has any ideas related to this, but it seems like it might be something to think about.
