I understand that this is an indirect reply, but if you will, please speak to me on some site, such as Facebook preferably. My name is [snipped] It will not be hard to find me, as I am the only one with my name in the world. Yes, I am 14, but I have had and continue to experience "demonic" possession. I, as many have realized, including all those who have forsaken me, that my knowledge spreads very vastly and my sensibility, even moreso. I have always understood the abilities and behavior of the spirits, but as I have never truly classified them as "holy" or "demonic", I have been able to speak to them, but quite blindly as to who or what. I used to consider most people that hear "voices" and reply to them as insane, but now i see things this world doesn't. Please do not count me off as a freak without speaking to me first. My word is free.

This is pretty standard fare for intrusive thoughts due to OCD. They can be crippling and they will always target what matters to you. I know, as I suffer from both schizophrenia and OCD, and a major depressive disorder.

Nothing is going to take the thoughts away, aside from your own recognition that they are only thoughts, and nothing more. It may sound like a facile solution, but it's the only thing that works.

Don't get involved with the psychs again if you can possibly avoid it. Find someone who is willing to use natural methods that don't use drugs.

A lot of the feelings and experiences you have related are not that uncommon. You could probably find people in your own area, and for sure on the internet, who have had similar experiences.

My chosen teacher tells me, and many others say the same, that we have all been ETs in past lives. Various forms of malevolent psychic attacks are also quite common, but if you only experience them as sensations, then they could be from your own past experience. Things can happen which "turn on" recall of such past events, which can suddenly radically alter your viewpoint on life.

Try to stay calm about what you are experiencing and try not to be scared. Being upset and scared in turn upsets others around you, and if they don't understand what's going on with you they can react in ways that aren't very smart.

There are lots of good people out there who offer help with experiences like this. Don't accept a psych label or psych drugs. They are worse than worthless.

I haven't gotten very far into this thread but this is good advice in my opinion.

So what if you were an alien in a past life? maybe someone out there wants you to know but do you think that those around you who you KNOW are going to know absolutely nothing about this are going to help? the problem is you are scared you are going crazy. you very well could be but I think you sound very sane and are just panicking and it's concerning others around you which compiles the fear... and thus the negativity. So what if you were and you think about it a lot? Do you need to run around telling everyone with your clothes off? I'm not saying keep it to yourself, but arethe things you are thinking about doing that much damage to you?... or your own obsession with it? Trust me, I know how obsession can be. I think that is the part you need to cope with.

Let me tell you something else. I just accidentally came across an over the counter seritonin reuptake inhibitor that i wasn't aware of in cough syrup and guess what? It STRONGLY enhanced my self exploration and that is something i need to be cautious with because I too have a tendency to grasp for answers. Drugs can mke things much worse so listen to your body. I know what the frustration of not having answers feels like. It's not really easy to cope with something like paranormal events happening to you, but it's not like I'm being chased around by madmen with guns. So you are having some strange thoughts. Do you honestly believe that you can't cope with some strange thoughts? Do you think that others who are in a profession are capable of confirming or condemning these notions in truth?

I'm not saying do not explore help, or saying not to express.

I am saying that the panic is what you should be most concerned about.
That is what is most likely to get you hurt in this situation.
The strange thoughts are not something to be panicking about. just ask many famous writers.
What's concerning is any lack of consciousness, loss of memory and unexplainable behavior.
why do you think you are doing THOSE things? Do you drink? o you get intoxicated and try to communicate these things with others? You are reaching, that is clear.... so i have to ask. What have YOU done to incite your own irrational behavior to the point where you do things you know will not be accepted. that is the FIRST thing you need to address in my opinion. Whether or not you are an alien or are approached by negative spirits is someone that believe it or not, many people think about. Talk of demons and angels has been a theme for ages. It's not that unusual, can you let it unfold without panic? Can you use patience? can you accept that perhaps no one can answer those particular questions for you right now? can you try to employ faith that one day you will understand? i believe positive and negative energies encounter us all the time but it's important to not give any negative ones what they want by being too careless. You have to have bearing and know that you are not the only one who has thought of these things. I don't mean to undermine it but there are worse things to cope with.

maybe these questions have been answered because i am too pressed for time to read the whole thread so my apologies.... but if not, the panic triggers and the mounting fear in your tangible life is the first thing you should address in my opinion... for your own physical safety.

Apokkalyps, even though your post was difficult for me to read, I have read it just as I have read everything else that people have written here for me. As a general update I am doing much better, though I can't downplay that I am still hurting. But at least now I have more of a direction in life and I've developed better defenses against negative thoughts. For others who are reading this, I'd like to clarify that while reading the Bible was a comfort for me before, I currently feel very uncertain about it now and I've set Christianity aside.

I will be frank that in some ways I take offense to what you've written, even though your response is one of tough love. I am offended because I am grouped into two types of people, one of which you have attached very damaging and hurtful labels to. I have not experienced any benefits by being labeled as unstable. The fear that is present in friends and family after an incident like mine is horrible on self-esteem. Your frequent use of the word insane (even if not directed at me) and calling what I have filled my imagination with as "garbage" is more insulting than helpful. That is ultimately the point that I'd like to make here, because I do respect the differences in our opinions and belief systems.

For some people, and I would definitely include myself here, labels and diagnosis (especially without proof of mental disorder) are debilitating. I don't know how many theories or ideas I will absorb throughout my life but it is absolutely my prerogative to explore as many possibilities as I am compelled to. Some of them may be considered extreme, but I will absolutely not limit my potential for discovery by thinking that I am a chemically imbalanced individual at threat of mental collapse. I have not been diagnosed with schizophrenia, have had no repeated incidents to suggest its onset, and to be completely frank with you, it is frustrating to have someone tell you that your experiences are hallucinations. That is only a possibility to me, and there are others. But the way you have written your post makes me feel like you would only see my reasoning as delusional or egocentric. Perhaps I am mistaken here and I apologize if I am, but that is the way it reads.

I appreciate what you are recommending that I do, which as I understand it, is suspending my more unorthodox beliefs until I am more grounded and able to face them, if at all, with healthy agnosticism. And I do agree that agnosticism can be healthy, and in my case, disregarding my skepticism led to something destructive. For me, the mental program of atheism you've recommended is not a possible solution. What you describe as normal, and as reality, is defined by your own experiences and perception. Within my reality some of the things you have suggested are garbage, paranoia, complexes, etc. are completely legitimate possibilities that I can't prove or disprove. That does not mean I am not blindly believing everything that I come across. I certainly have not tried everything recommended to me in this thread. I really do believe that after the incident I had grounding myself with mundane tasks and not overwhelming my brain with occult ideas was beneficial. But what has also been extremely beneficial for me, and key to my happiness, was not letting go of my spirituality and some of the more mystical beliefs that I hold. You do have a lot of good advice, but there are elements in your post that read as disrespectful.

I do want to say that I am grateful for having put forward so much effort into trying to help me with your post, and if I have misconstrued some of your meaning I would like to know.

who is anyone to tell you what's real and what's not real? how could they know everything about life?

what's important is coping without panicking or people will step up to label you and take away your rights, regardless. Don't give them an excuse. Don't resort to drastic measures.

I had a pretty bad panic scare today and I'm still confused but you might be surprised what I've sorted out at least in my mind... if nothing more than in principle and although I don't have the answers, I still have hope that there are people who will do what's right and hold on to love and positivity regardless. I'm still afraid that hate and negativity will try to ruin what's good but I will hold on to hope in love and that truths will be revealed.

Hi starhill
Interesting post. I hope the advice others have posted has helped in some way. In my opinion you are not delusional or insane. What has happened to you is very real. Fear, anger or some other intensely negative emotion usually allows an entity easy access into your energetic bodies (aura). An unconscious, or even a conscious agreement is made with the entity, that it comforts you in your time of need. The only problem is they stay to create havoc. It’s possible you were emitting a vibration of fear (all thought and emotions are energy) while watching scary films and any entities resonating at a similar frequency became attracted to you. Without realising it you entered into an agreement with them. The agreement may also have been made by dowsing improperly. Only you will know. Now they feed off the fear they themselves generate.

I suggest, as other posters wisely have, to remove all the fear generating negative influences you can. Scary films, nightly news etc.
Learn some basic psychic protection excercises to begin with as there is plenty of good information out there.
Smudging and aromatherapy helps to clear an environment, white sage, frankincense etc.
Unconditional love is a powerful energy and entities of this type are repulsed by it. Surround yourself with it through family and friends. Be it.
Wearing lighter colour clothes also helps.

All this is to prevent future attachments. To get rid of the ones already there I suggest looking into seeing a reputable spiritual healer who specialises in clearing negative attachments or a shaman who can help. Good Luck.

you can find fear in John 4-18.

years ago teaching sports to young children, by having fun they could overcome their fear of heights, etc.

whether skiing, skating, surfing, water skiing, i made sure the kids had a nice day.

with a big smile at the end of the day, i knew they had overcome their negative feelings.

a 6 year old girl asked to ski from the top of the mountain by the end of her first day.
i told she'd have to ride the chair lift, she wanted to.
in the mornimg her mother told me the little girl was scared of heights.

i also found this to work with animals that lacked socialization.
through fun and play, they learned happy.

avoid selfish attitudes, and do volunteer work with happy people who share your interests.

have fun and learn to have a nice day.

John 4-18 was my inspiration.
good luck.

I think you were taken over by a (walk-in) spirit....and that spirit took over your life for a you are reclaiming for the negative and vile thoughts that are slung your way...those are from demonic also may have been possessed by a demon for a while....but through your prayers...heaven heard and the demon was forced to step out of you....and cannot get back in....that is why your mind is being attacked. Stay close to God and the Angels of heaven...they will protect and heal you.

Ok.. where to start. I didn't really intend to post any more today, I just took a long hiatus from the internet to get away from the interference of electronics for a while and I'm still kind of wiped out from this week but I tend to scan over the topics just to see if anyone's genuinely asking for help from some various ailment or supernatural problem before I log off.

That said, I'm willing to give a bit of credence to the idea that you're being manipulated but I should make a big caveat that it's not the primary source of your problems. First off, let me explain something, but read the whole thing before you get insulted. You're crazy. It's something you're going to have to learn to live with. You have a mental disorder, I would be willing to wager it's a chemical one and you're going to need medication for the rest of your life. The proper medication and dosage and combination of medications may take a while to find, but it's well worth it.

Now here's where I get to the point that makes you less upset. I'm crazy too. I take two medications, relatively small doses of them and despite my chemical disorder, I'm probably one of the most sane people you'll meet. There's a certain stigma to being "broken". Some people will say that it's just wrong to admit there's anything wrong with you. You have a disease, it's only right for yourself and those that love you to seek treatment for it.. but make no mistake, this is simply a disease that targets the chemicals of your body.

Skewing perceptions causes you to change the way you think.. however if this disease affected your insulin production you'd have something called diabetes and instead of being derided and thought of as mentally insufficient and unstable, you'd be treated with kindness and sympathy and a bit of accomodation. The first advice I would give you is to not trust your senses until your reality lines up with the reality of others around you. It's ok to sound crazy as long as you're trying hard to be sane, in my opinion. If you wonder if something is real, ask someone around you if they saw it too. If they're a known prankster, take them with a grain of salt. I've had fun at the expense of a paranoid schizophrenic by talking backwards very quietly down the hallway from them and I'm not proud of it.

If you feel you're being tormented by something.. seek the company of those that love you. Develop your willpower, force reality to come back whether it's a hostile intent doing this to you or your own mind doing it to you. This very well may be a hostile entity or more than one, but either way you need to treat it the same way. Supernatural beings are just as susceptible to a strong will and focus as mental disorders.. use that to your advantage and it'll help you in the long run.

As far as any assistance or advice I can give you.. belief. That's important. If you're truly mad, then the belief will work against your subconscious. If you're truly being harassed by something evil, it will give you protection against it. You need to.. for lack of better term.. develop safe zones and protections. You said you wrote a sigil. To you that sigil had power. Whether it was altered by something else or not, you view the sigil with significance. Create another one, one of protection. One to shelter you. You must make this symbol absolutely your's and have no doubt that it can do what you intend to do where you mark it at.

I have to stress that dealing with both problems have the same solutions in this aspect. Please don't take the assumption I'm saying that you're insane and I'm trying to coddle you or that you're being attacked and I'm trying to keep you calm. These two tools address both cases and it's simplest not to guess which answer is correct and simply take the course that corrects both.

The illness doesn't need to control your life, but it IS a part of it. You have to learn to accept it, subdue it, then master it. Once you are the master of your illness, it won't have any more hold on you than anyone else that properly follows the treatment plan of whatever disease they're diagnosed with.

I suggest you get some pets, cats and dogs, the more the better, negative spirits and demons can't stand dogs or cats because animals can sense and see them . If you show your pets a lot of love they will protect you from these negative spirits, but the pets have to be indoors and let them sleep with you . I know that sounds crazy but I guarantee you it will work

Whether or not you are "crazy," something to consider is attitude. Simply, a loving, laughing attitude will at least help when dealing with possibly outside influences and/or purely internal influences... if any difference exists.

If you adopt a less serious, benevolent demeanor, even if your consciousness is being affected purely by your own chemical misfiring, it will help stop the fear (from confusion, at least) behavior that might be bad for yourself or others you encounter.

I have had considerable experience with non "normal" consciousness and keeping it simple can help steer you through it. Being positive helps, no matter what other therapy, advice, ritual, drugs and other actions are tried.

We are, ultimately, pretty strong beings with nothing but a chosen attitude and adopting a no fear based outlook can get you through most anything... at least that has been my personal experience. I wish you well.

And I am sure terifying for you.
Very clear writing for a crazy person ??? so thats out.

when People are Being OCD they are Being in a reaction Phase.
Like on Automatic Pilot = Not Present. Blank Brained.
Things you have invited before.. come in thru the left side.Left recieves. when your Brain is obsessing it goes blank as far as being present.and things get sucked in,,,, would take weeks to explain.......

If you truely Believe in WHO You say.
And Truely Have Complete Faith in Him?
Get the King James Version Pray and "visualise" "The Lords Prayer" from the Bottom of Your Soul, any time You feel off.
Then Have Complete "Faith " (thats where the real magic is found) Faith !
and Use the right words.Exactly.( remember each word is part of a magic spell) King James Version.
Visualising Phrase as best you can.

Then Thank Him for Clearing out the evil and Protecting You.

You have been suffering from mental illness and a breakdown. Possibly very strong OCD and Schizophrenia. Be careful taking advice from people you don't know over the internet, you are never fully sure of their intentions or who they are and you are in a vulnerable place.

The best thing you can do is keep going to a therapist and speaking to licensed medical professionals who are regulated and not likely to take advantage of you.

Good luck and I hope things work out for the best for you.

This is from my personal point of view, one or two demons are place upon a person, so the person have to deal with that demons all his life, to win or loose the battle is up to the person. These demons is natural, or inherited, but a guardian angle is place too upon a person. So it's trully your call to go either side.

How to do that, the battle is on your mind, if your mind is strong and your will is strong to brake free from all the negativity radiated by the demons. You will be fine!. Imagine positive things regardless of the facts. This is not as easy as abc, you must do it day after day. But if you indulge the will find yoursel stuck in a dark place. Every thing have it's spirit value, Water = good, alcoholic drink = bad. So select what you consume very carefully. Our soul is a big playground for spirits. It will thirst for goodness or evilness the same way.

I hope you'll find peace of mind soon.

B3st Regards,
