He was born there and lived there from 1961 - 1967 and from 1971 - the early 1980's.

This would be known as personal expenses which according to Federal Election Law is forbidden from using campaign donations to finance personal legal issues as the only money allowed to be spent on legal matters is items pertaining to campaigns. Hence why whatever would be left over after the 2012 elections Obama legally would have zero access to a red cent afterwards as campaign money must be spent on campaigns exclusively.

Birthers claim they want a original birth certificate which is really an excuse to make it seem as though Obama is hiding something. Releasing his original will not end the conspiracy and even some birthers admit this.

There is nothing Obama can do about this. People don't like him because they just don't believe anything that comes out of his mouth, they think his a closeted muslim, a communist, even a homosexual. His Hawaiian birth certificate has his race listed as African and not Negro like they did in the Continental 48 states. This is where all of this crap and crud roots from. All because Hawaii never referred to the African American segment of its populous as negro. Look at a BC from either Texas, Alabama or Georgia from around that period where they listed an African American as a Negro.

Are you a birth certificate analyst? Do you specialize in birth certificates? I've heard this claim many times before and it holds no ground. In Hawaii the parents had the choice of choosing their race in the 60's to this day, Hawaiian authorities already stated this.

The reason why the Birthers and Baggers say it's fake because it has his race listed as "AFRICAN" and not "NEGRO" as it would've been listed pending he was born in the mainland and that is all that this boils down to.

He lived in the US from birth to 1967 and again from around 1971 to present so he is a legal American citizen. Sr. may've been born in Kenya but that does not mean jack squat as no American citizen by birth is above another.

The Democratic National Committe would not have approved his candidacy for POTUS if they thought for one second he was foreign born and Hillary's campaign would've released that little tidbit by Jan 08 if it were true to derail him but since she could not and had to resort to hijacking the primaries in June 08 to try and stay alive means unequivocally that she had no moves left that could benefit her.
