Human/Animal hybrid found ?

i was browsing one of my regular websites when i came across what looks like a very poor quality video of a human / aminal hybrid Link to Video


Im not sure myself as the video is of very poor quality and even with a cheap phone cam the quality should be better...i my self believe it may be fake just for this reason but id like the opinion of others.

Does anyone knows anything of this video ?

It's sort of like a puppet. There's a person under the table, with their head poking through. Worn around the head is the puppet. So you can see the person's face as being "part of" the puppet. The person manipulates the puppet's limbs and tail and whatever much like Jim Henson did - wires underneath the table.
