But no one is arguing that! You seem to be making this up as you go along. The argument is whether or not slayer had the right to label people ATS on his youtube video, and if not, why did he do so without their permission?

Your logic, or lack thereof, blows my mind. They are in no way, shape or form the same argument. The only thing you're accomplishing here is showing your lack of understanding. Being included in the video doesn't mean he's trying to make that person conform to his ideals. What ideals would he be trying to promote if he were? You haven't provided an answer to that when it was asked before. There aren't any presented in that video.

Oh please, give me a break. At the moment this is a serious discussion whether or not its right to go labelling people without their say so. Nobody, least of all me, saying that its the end of the world as we know it, just that I dont like this premise that if I did bother to have an avatar next to my name, that someone could come along and use it on a video to advertise a site such as ATS! This would hint that I had given prior permission for it to be used... And whatsmore, that I agreed with the message behind the video!? Unless, of course, you are saying that the avatars used on ATS belong by default to ATS!?

Actually, if you put an image on the internet it doesn't only belong to ATS, it belongs to each and every person who uses the internet. Sorry, but everything on the internet is fair game.

We Are ATS... No I'm not. !
I am a individual who enjoys the debates here on ATS. I like the people (usually) and find the threads stimulating but I am not now, or never will be, ATS... If people want to label themselves as such fine, I have no problem with that just as long as that's known before someone comes along and includes you in a youtube video without your knowledge.
