This is why this nutjob will never be POTUS.
There are procedures in the world which would not make a no fly zone anywhere an act of war. If the UN security council authorized the action, it becomes legal. The responsibillity would not be on any one nation but the acting organization which authorizes it. Who is going to declare war on the UN in retalliation?
The no fly zones which were enacted over Bosnia and Iraq were sanctioned first by the UN security council in numerous resolutions, perfectly legal, no act of war by any one nation.
Of course the nutjob in question here would say get rid of the UN, but then we would just form alliances and do it anyhow as in pre-UN days.
He offers no solutions just rants, as always.

I believe that, even if you're of the opinion that a NFZ is NOT an act of war, The USA would be better off focusing our efforts on the humanitarian issues in Libya.

Further embroilment in the affairs of others does not bode well for us.
