Ill betcha the Russian mafia stole it. Theyre in a fight with Yakuza right now over control of Kamchatka. Sounds like something they'd do too.

Even Asashi published it with Unit 2 much for reporting!!!

That smoke/steam appears to be coming from the support building in front of the northwest corner of 3. The northwest corner of 3 is like the northwest corner of 4, the two places where the dragons breath was emitted from.

I think the dragon is beginning to move about in its cave below.

And Q, it really is a strange angle, the aerial shot that AC posted. Look at how high the road goes up to at the intersection. I think it has to drop down from that for the back raised area behing the TBs as its not the high.

from Uranium and Salt-Water?

Yes, in fact it has been a major focus of research recently for me. It adds a whole new level to what might be happening in the ocean. And according to one report, they are potentially everywhere including the atmosphere. I need to understand them better, these buckyball 60s (not their real name just what I call them).

They contain a means of getting a major dose of radiation from one sphere. Its very disconcerting .And shows how much learning needs to take place concerning radiation in the environment.

Come on Yuki. Time to start telling the truth. This picture is so wrong. How could a monitoring system created because of public concerns about a nuclear plant, be unknown.

If it is true that the people charged with public safety in case of a nuclear emergency didnt even know about the key component in their tool chest, then every single one of them needs to spend time in jail for failing the public in such a horrible way.

The more I look into SPEEDI the more I see criminal proceedings in the near future relating to it.

From Enformable; isaster/

Former Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano said he found out about it in a media report around March 15 last year. ....Edano said bureaucrats told him later that they decided not to inform him about SPEEDI because its calculation was not credible due to the lack of precise data on radiation.

Former industry minster Banri Kaieda said it is most regrettable that he could not instruct officials to submit data on radiation dispersion because he did not know about the system.

The panel charges in its report that SPEEDI was used as a tool to assure local residents about the safety of nuclear power generation and to obtain their consent to build the plant.

I should add that the March 15th date is given as the main expulsion only because of wind direction. The blast on the 14th that went out over the ocean contained possibly the greatest amount of radiation as SPEEDI data hints at, but didnt hit land and Tepco attempted to downplay and ignore this expulsion because of that fact.

Has R3 Gone Critical

If someone can make sense of this stuff Im bewildered. The first table shows Xenon 135, the criticality indicator present. The second table upped the detection limit and Xenon 135 is ND. Any help is appreciated.

And I think this link was posted before, but just in case this is from the EnviroReporter and is the best article Ive seen concerning Fukushima, the ocean and the U60 buckyballs. Its a long read but full of important data.

Things have taken a turn for the worse at Fukushima. It wasn't the Russian mafia that done stole reactor number two. It was Morgolinium marauders intent on selling the radiated materials for use in dirty bombs. Supposedly theyve got an ebay account already setup up but not in use yet.

From Tepco handouts;

Flash Gordon's troops position themselves strategically, preparing to defend Fukushima nuclear power plant from Morgolinium invaders, while anxiously awaiting the return of Flash with re-inforcements.

I was skeptical at first too until I saw the picture.

They seem to be spoiling us with film. Wonder why?

So here we have a screen cap from the opposite angle. #2 does look like its placed a bit farther west than #1. I'm still not sure if that's enough to make it vanish?

And a nice zoom on #4

More film in parts. I hope we find some goodies.

...just kidding of course. In a silly mood these days. And i really shouldnt be with the way things are going. It must be getting to be spring.

Definitely an up trend everywhere. I dont know what to make of it. But if the steam/smoke Nuckelchen captured in the two nights last week were also from this area and not from R2, that would truly be disconcerting. In fact, its disconcerting even more if both R2 and R3 are steaming from down low and an outbuilding,as this to me means that the corium has hit groundwater in gradual amounts, and the pressure is being released as steam into containment as well as out through the northwest corner tunnel on R3.

GR, thanks for the heads up to google. I was going by the april 12th sat photo without thinking that those were erected between the start of the disaster and 4/12.

So its all new structure in the southwest corner. Still curious to know what the circular cement structures are for.

I think I will be in this film for quite a while. Looks very promising. A file by itself. First nugget., our mysterious 5th floor ejection marked. You are looking NW from the south wall of #4. I have been told by a friend that this could be the machine that moves the fuel rod bundles to casks. Any thoughts on that? I still think it shot up from below, somewhere, just by the way the floor had been pushed up by it, but won't know for sure until someone can identify it?

Chapter 8 quote
Koichiro Genba, a DPJ politician;

"What's most important right now is not to criticize TEPCO, but all of us Japanese to stand behind TEPCO and cheer for TEPCO."

Chapter Eight
A Sh!tstorm Named Desire

11:01 on the 14th of March 2011 is a time that will live in infamy as the day that a corrupt government allowed it's people to suffer great harm and possible future genocide to protect and keep alive the most dangerous form of technology ever created.

Why? Why is something so dangerous, something that can create massive dead zones or uninhabitable areas for hundreds of years, and continue to pollute and sicken long after that, why is there even one nuclear power plant in operation, let alone hundreds.

Each one of these has greater nuclear contamination potential than a fleet of nuclear warheads. And without electricity and water, as Fukushima has now shown, that's what they become, nothing less than the worst 'dirty bomb' imaginable.

The reason they exist is because we need electricity or we will be forced to wake up from the American dream, a dream of living in our own homes, surrounded by the necessary items needed for isolation and comfort. Washers, dryers, comfortable furniture. But we couldn't stop there. Once the ball got rolling, it was new computers, new cars, wet bars, big screen TVs in multiple rooms, a jacuzzi and a condo in Tahoe. All one needed was good credit.

We were fish on the line. And now look at us. Human slugs leaving behind toxic slime where ever we go and in whatever we build. We get in cars spewing toxic fumes and dripping toxic oils and toxic additives and leave a trail of pollution for future generations to deal with. We get in gas guzzling metal spheres with wings and fly to where we get in a car and head to a place where we talk, eat, drink and be merry before retreating to our motel rooms with toxic air fresheners so we can once again feel safe from the outside world.

It all sounded so right at the time. In hindsight it was the worst thing we could have ever done for our selves, our souls and the rest of the planet.

We are disconnected from each other and Nature and the end result is reality spiraling out of control. We have created dangers far worse than any that the human race has ever had to encounter.

Social and economic systems are now completely dependent on ever expanding commercial growth while using up the resources from a finite planet. At the same time the planet's vital signs are showing rapidly decreasing health.

And we are completely dependent on a grid and other infrastructure that is crumbling right before our eyes. A grid that is needed to run the world's nuclear power plants and other radioactive enterprises. And all of this is run via digitized, magneticly encoded, data that can disappear in the twinkling of an eye. Or CME.

And our neighbors have become people we see occasionally but can never remember their names.

Community, that which we thought the American dream would create, never happened. Instead, we produced our own version of the movie "Poltergeist", and the graves we built this dream upon were full of indigenous bones, extinct species and permanently lost landscapes.

The final blow to community, and to any thought of independence from corporate greed, came in 1995, when a democrat president and a so called 'environmentalist' vice-president allowed a corporate run non-elected authority the right to over ride any law that impinged on their ability to rape and pillage the earth. Ironically, the world trade organization (wto) is the same type of all powerful social, political and economic authority, with no checks and balances, that Hitler envisioned for all of Europe.

And, no, the wto shouldn't be capitalized because they already have all the capital in the world.

There is no such thing as democracy, or justice, or independence, or freedom for the masses, and, in reality, there never has been. We are all puppets, and the puppeteers in charge of the strings are like the Wizard of Oz, hidden from sight, but always in control, meeting behind closed doors in secret places with an army of security personnel surrounding them.

And they avoid the parts of town where you and I congregate, considering it bug infested, and all we ever see of them, if they are forced to venture into our neck of the woods, is a shadow behind tinted windows in a limo moving fast heading somewhere important.

We sold our souls to capitalism and the industrial revolution, and they are now paying us back for our devotion with a world we can't live in. And Fukushima prefecture is a classic example of what we can expect worldwide in the near future, when the grid goes down, and every nuclear power plant in the world goes dry. Unless we can safely shut them down now and begin dismantling them.

11:01 Japan Standard Time

The reality of Fukushima minutes prior to 11:01 is unknown. And I mean completely unknown. The entire record presented in the "official documents" submitted by Tepco, the Japanese government and the IAEA are basically fabrications, stories created and pieced together to fit a particular scenario. And this is reflected in the terminology used by these organizations to describe conditions at R2 and R3 as they existed leading up to 11:01.

Due to the uncertainty in the instrumentation.......the state of the vessel is unknown.......the calculation is based on an assumed seawater injection rate.........the actual status could not be confirmed in the control room......instrumentation required the use of car batteries so only intermittent readings were available...steam was bled from an unconfirmed pathway.

And on and on and on it goes, where it stops no one knows. At no time does Tepco, NISA or the IAEA say 'we know for sure' the status of the RPV or PCV. All they offer is guesses and nothing more. And quite frankly their guesses run the gamut from the possible to absolutely the most absurd thing you've ever heard.

The only thing they were absolutely sure of was that R1 had blown it's top in a classic hydrogen explosion, and R2 and R3 were struggling and probably terminal as well. Everything else reported needs to be taken with a ton of salt. Everything up to 11:01 that is. After that, you can forget every explanation they put forth because it's all a lie.

I still laugh when I think of Yuki saying that the R3 explosion was identical to the R1 explosion. At the time I looked at the R3 blast, and then the R1 blast, and then R3 and back and forth and all I could think was "Yuki, we need to talk about this".

Cause the only similarity in those two explosions were their location, a nuclear power plant.

R1 was a hydrogen blast high in the building. R3 was a four stage explosion, with the third stage resembling a small scale nuclear explosion from deep underground. And too late I found that this mystery, and the explosions the next day, had sucked me into the most dangerous investigation I'd ever partaken in.

And it forced me, though many months later, to finally admit a fact that has since bothered me profusely. We were now no longer dealing with Tepco, or any government agency. We were now dealing with the military. In Japan it's the Self Defense Forces. Other countries have colorful names like Peoples Liberation Army, People's National Army of Algeria, Royal Canadian Expeditionary Force Command, Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution. They all do the same thing in the end. Teach young people to kill.

I have spent my life fighting environmental destruction inflicted by corporations and governments around the world and I have never shied away at any time from any fight. I have placed myself upon the castle wall, taken my watch and stood my ground.

Except for one glaring failure. I have refused to engage the military of any country. The reason for this is simple. It is the military of each country that is the real power. You can forget governments, corporations, mafia syndication’s and cartels. If military's of the world wanted to get rid of these organizations they would be gone over night. They exist because military's allow them to exist, plain and simple. There is a deep symbiotic relationship between industry, crime organizations and the military's of the world. They all feed upon each other. But at the end of the day, all know who the big dog is.

The battles between the military and drug cartels that seem to suggest the military isn't in control are just acts in a play. These staged wars are merely a way of acquiring more assets for the great 'War on Drugs'. And much of the assets derived from these skirmishes, be it public funding for continuing the war, or seized property in the war, ends up in a black fund the military and intelligence communities use for covert operations.

It's the same all over the world. Everyone thinks they are on their way to democracy heaven and one day they go to far and the military exerts control. Allende in Chile is a good example, the first Socialist president elected in North and South America. Democratically elected. Not an extremest. Very popular. And soon gone.

The military's of the world are much worse than any cartel or mafia enterprise. They are the mafia's of war and death and killing and no one can say a thing in disagreement without paying a price.

When president Eisenhower stated that we need to be aware of the potential for industry and the military growing into a dangerous power, he wasn't trying to warn us of something in the future. He had to phrase it like that or end up dead, because the military had already taken over, and he knew it, having moved from top general to the presidency. He saw it transpire while in office.

In every country with a strong military the same problem exists. One body of society, the military and it's industrial and economic off spring, has the power to dominate the rest of society. And that is what they do.

But how has this transpired. WW2 was supposed to be it. The UN was going to start up and we were finally going to live in a world of peace.

That was how most people felt back then. Everyone except military officers and a world full of mercenaries, looking for trouble. So military's conspired in their hearts through hatred to produce a condition that demanded continued military authority.

And nuclear weapons were the trigger that kept the world in a state of fear.

The cold war was in essence staged to create a world where military power was an absolute necessity. For the present and far into the future.

It only took minutes after Hiroshima for the world to realize there was a new paradigm for war. We could forget about tanks, troops, and everything we once considered modern warfare. In a nanosecond that all changed and all you needed was a bomb and a missile delivery system. Even Monaco would be considered a super power if they had a nuclear arsenal.

Without the bomb you were a nobody waiting for sand to be kicked in your face, and that is how military's kept a strangle hold on the world.

It's also why Japan felt the need to build an illegal weapons factory underneath Dai-ichi.

Bombs Under Dai-ichi

The explosion at R3 was more than just an explosion at R3. It also involved a wide area underneath R3. This was evident from the different stages in the explosion, which started before the main blasts, and lasted for sometime afterwards. As the following analysis will show, all scenarios presented so far for that which occurred on March 14th at R3, and March 15th and 16th at R4, are bogus and fall apart under close scrutiny.

All but one.

One Year Later, Inside Japans Nuclear Meltdown
10 p.m. EST Tuesday on PBS.
February 28, 2012

In the days after a tsunami crippled Japan's Fukushima power plant almost one year ago, a small group of engineers, soldiers and firemen risked their own lives to prevent a complete nuclear meltdown.

Investigative reporter Dan Edge wanted to find out what it was like for the workers who were inside the Fukushima Dai-ichi plant when the crisis began. His new Frontline documentary chronicles what happened to those plant engineers, as well as what happened to the small corps of workers who entered the power plant in the days after the disaster.

Edge talked to reactor inspectors, Fukushima residents and nuclear scientists in the Japanese government to piece together Inside Japan's Nuclear Meltdown, which premieres at 10 p.m. EST Tuesday on PBS.

The following is a description of the Israel underground weapons factory. Until the late 80s when Mordechai Vanunu released the data below, this factory was unknown to all.

Machon 2 is where Vanunu worked, along 150 other people. From outside, Machon 2 is a nondescript two story windowless building 80 feet wide and 200 feet long. The above-ground structure houses an air filtration plant, some offices, storage space, and a worker's canteen. Also in the structure is the entrance to limited access elevators that transport people to the six underground levels, extending eightly feet below the surface. This hidden area houses an automated Purex plutonium separation plant, plutonium fabrication and reclamation shops, and fabrication shops for bomb components made out of lithium deuteride and beryllium. The separation plant is housed in a production hall (called "The Tunnel" that occupies the first four levels. Level 5 is the fabrication area for plutonium, lithium deuteride, and beryllium. The Tunnel normally operates one 34 week long "production campaign" each year, being closed for servicing and refurbishment the rest of the year.
