More of the theory

First though, I made a mistake in my post earlier. One well worth bringing to your attention because it leads to another aspect of the thesis I am proposed in the post in the link.

MP Keirou Kitagami does not as I said in my post share the role of Parlimentary Secretary of Agriculture, Labour and Welfare. He does in fact share the role of Parliamentary Secretary of Economy, Trade and Industry!! Which really does underline the interests he must be SEEN to represent above all else. He is the appointed spokesman in this case for a section of the ruling elite of Japan who badly wish the population there to believe there is absolutely no continuing threat from the melt downs, no fissioning, no fallout.

He said this in July, a time when the J-government were well aware of the reality of the situation. That would have been made extremely clear to them by their own scientists, and of course also a host of foreign scientists, experts in the relevant areas. The movements of the US military on and around Honshu at the time also make it clear the Japanese military brass themselves would have to have been informed of the possible outcomes.

So the only reason Kitagami san would come out with such an outrageous suggestion would have been as a desperate gambit to contain the panic. The same motivation no doubt is behind the most recent stunts of officials broadcast on national TV eating produce from Fukushima, not to mention drinking what was said to be decontaminated water from the ruined daichi power plant.

There is also another reason. Politicians always speak to two audiences. Kitagami san was also sending a message to what was perhaps his number one intended audience, those who are directly threatening Japan, and who may have had a hand in the disaster. He was sending a clear message Japan would acquiesce to the demand not to tell the people the truth.

You can be sure, these seemingly inane stunts by national government figure heads like Kitagami san, have rational motivations. This is the sign Japan is having choices made for it by outside. Like I said, it would seem global conflict is already under way. It does not involve large scale forces at this stage. But it does involve direct attacks not only economic in nature. BTW this is precisely what is happening in Europe at this time - Italy's spin into bankruptcy would have at least been slowed by another loan, but then overnight, just yesterday, their bond yields soar to 15 year highs, there is no way they can afford the new interest.

In Japan, the tsunami led to the nuclear fallout catastrophe ensuring Japan's already long stagnant economy had the legs of recovery shot out from under it. This attack actually involves nuclear weapons in the case of Japan, in this case dirty bombs, which tend to be the worst kind of nuclear weapons in the long run.

Thanks GR1 for spelling out the concern so nicely, this is exactly what has me biting my nails. I thought for a while we would never have high enough concentrations but the aurora got my attention and I bet any of these atmosphere guys paying attention is kinda sweating this a bit. Like he says in the POTR video, we will loose some beta+daughters just through the burnoff, but eeeepppp, we're taking WAY more Beta higher up than any nuke testing (forgot about the thermals+aerosolization, hey I'm new at this, lol). At one point the probabilities start to add up leading to higher concern, this is much more than the 0 probability I thought we were dealing with. I kinda like our atmosphere
might be nice to keep it.

Expert on Fukushima radiation in US: [color=3BB9FF]‘We know its going to impact public health’

• It’s more a matter of something happened that we didn’t want to happen.

• We know its going to impact public health.

[color=Cyan]• There’s not a whole lot you can do about it.

• Once you let the horse out of the barn, hell, the horse took the barn door with it.

• We’re stuck, this is an accident that should have been prevented. It’s hard to respond to it.

And now, for something completely different:

Japan TV host diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia —
Had been eating Fukushima produce on show

You just can't make this stuff up folks...

And from April, a supercilious post that really attracted our attention to the apparent ignorance and insensitivity that blocks the sheeple's reality of [color=8AFB17]the true horror of the Fukushima multiple melt-through nuclear disaster/fiasco spewing life-altering radiation 24/7/365 [color=8AFB17]with no end or solution in sight.

[color=Salmon]And so what, the Japanese will have a few babies born limbless or with blotchy skin,
they will adapt to their environment.

You're joking, right?

My wife is Japanese, my in-laws are Japanese, and many of the surviving in-laws did time in Tehachapi and we do not appreciate your attempt at levity or derailment.

If you do not think anything is wrong, you eat the yellow snow and drink the milk.

Speak for yourself.

"Playing keyboard tag," as you call it, just might invigorate enough concerned citizens to get up off their lazy butts, turn off American Idol, Dancing With the Stars and Cupcake Wars and
question authority.

We certainly hope so. We are. OPERATION SURVIVAL is a working title for a project in bloom and a natural outgrowth of our Alliance roots. Stay tuned and you heard it here first.

As you can plainly see, dear reader, there is a lot of (re)education to be done to turn the tide in favor of life.

Meanwhile, the goalposts keep getting moved and acceptable collateral damage limits are steadily increased.

Japan raising radiation limit to 20 millisieverts/year leads to 160,000 lifetime cancers per million people

In April, the Japanese government raised its maximum limit for children from one to 20 millisieverts per year, a level that leads to 2,270 cancers annually per million people (or 160,000 lifetime cancers per million), according to data in a landmark 2006 U.S. National Academy of Sciences report on radiation cancer risk.

A massive outcry later forced the government to reverse the move.

[color=8AFB17]About a fifth of the 1,600 schools in Fukushima prefecture were exposed to at least 20 milliseiverts of radiation this year, according to a Bloomberg story in July. [...]

The children already have a year's worth of radiation in 4 months at the 20 millisieverts per year!

I finally located the picture of the control room for 1 and 2 that they said they had to evacuate for an unknown period of time due to a dust cloud after the EQ. Unfortunately it looks like a screen capture and I havent come across the actual vid yet. All my notes say are before March 20th.

This appears to be before they hooked up electricity, which was done on March 20th, so thats maybe why the date.

Things look like they are pretty much normal. No blankets of dust, broken glass, or dishevelment of any kind, except for the ceiling tiles. Considering how clean Japan as a country is, and how clean all pre EQ pictures of the insides of Japanese nuke plants look, I kinda doubt those ceiling tiles produced much dust. And considering the importance of being in the control room of a nuclear power plant that has just suffered through the worst scenario on this planet for a nuke plant, I kinda think that people wouldn't have left the control room, certainly not for a period of time worth reporting, and certainly not from those ceiling tiles.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Concerning nitrogen, very interesting. Ill have to listen to the Finn guy again.

Another factor that should go into the equation is methane, an ozone precursor. Levels of emission have sky rocketed in recent years.

This is starting to remind me of a dream from early summer. I alluded to it in a post. I was looking in the sky and all of a sudden sparklies started flashing here and there and everywhere in the sky, then it was happening right in front of me, and I realized it was a type of flash point for something that went through the area.

When I woke up and started to recall the dream, I almost felt like I was back in it for a second while being awake. Then I got the chills really bad.

Did I mention I was an em-path.

UCB is for all extent and purposes a corporate research station paid for with taxpayers money in a convoluted socialism for the rich program which began during the Ronald Ray-gun days as prez.

I got a laugh from this line from the enenews story on Kansas;

The Kansas grass had 7.7 times more radioactive iodine-131 than grass from the San Francisco Bay Area.

and I thought, "Yeah, but our grass has more THC content, so there
"

On a serious note, I don't know what to make of any of the recent reports/rumors that have been hitting the net about people disappearing, dieing on site etc. But at this point I think anything is possible. If the future of one's business, and in turn the entire industry, was at stake, how far would someone go to protect their financial future.

Just the latest news concerning re-criticality has caused Mexico to cancel 10 plants and other countries may follow suit. So if burying data (no pun intended) saves the construction of even one nuke plant, thats billions in their pockets and guarantees of keeping the nuke portion of the grid alive.

Case in point. This from ENENEWS

French presidential candidate proposes massive cuts to nuclear industry — Holds large lead in polls over Sarkozy

Nov. 7 — “François Hollande, the socialist candidate in the forthcoming presidential elections who has a hefty lead over Nicolas Sarkozy, the incumbent, has proposed cutting the nuclear sector’s share of electricity provision to just half by 2030 from 82 per cent today,” reports the Financial Times.

Hollande’s political party says, “France could replace much of its nuclear power supply from renewable sources such as wind farms and solar panels and a reduction in energy use,” according to the article.

Thats big time sh!t, there. France was poised to become the second largest provider of nuclear power. The nuclear industry is reeling, almost punch drunk at this point.

They can see their future slowly slipping away. Does this mean that Suzy Creamcheese throws away her mask and becomes Jack Nicholson. Its possible. They convinced the Japanese people to build their societies around the "nuclear village" instead of the "nuclear family". They control society. That kind of power makes people do funny things.

Plutonium accident in the US

Seventeen workers exposed to radiation at Idaho lab
By Laura Zuckerman | Reuters

news.yahoo.com/seventeen-workers-exposed-radiation-idaho-lab-005542992.html

SALMON, Idaho (Reuters) - At least six workers were contaminated by low-level plutonium radiation and 11 others were exposed on Tuesday at a U.S. nuclear research lab in Idaho, but the public was not at risk, the government said.

The accident at the Idaho National Laboratory occurred inside a deactivated reactor housed in a facility used for remotely handling, processing and examining spent nuclear fuel, radioactive waste and other irradiated materials, the lab said in a series of statements.

The so-called Materials and Fuels Complex is located near the edge of the U.S. Energy Department's sprawling 890-square-mile laboratory site in the high desert in eastern Idaho about 38 miles from the city of Idaho Falls.

New Panel to Probe Nuclear Disaster

An independent committee founded by leading experts with private funding has started investigations into the Fukushima nuclear disaster amid lingering doubts about the government's ability to uncover the causes of the accident and clarify accountability.

The group—made up of scientists, doctors, lawyers and economists—aims to look into topics that may be overlooked, or avoided, by the government's investigation committee, said Koichi Kitazawa, former head of the government's Science and Technology Agency and chairman of the committee.

"The government committee faces restrictions as it is created to serve the government's own goals," Mr. Kitazawa, a physicist, said in an interview. "People in Japan and those from abroad won't trust public announcements. Information must come from people who are free of such limitations."

Officials say the data will be available online at the Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of Public Health website from Wednesday.

They blend in better with a light background, which is almost saturated under normal exposure. This is why it's easier to see gamma radiation with a dark background, always look at the dark bits of the picture, to find it easiest. Black is pretty much the lowest energy state of the sensor, so the energetic gamma strikes make a colour.

Unlikely to be set off my a small localized event like a meteor but it does depend on the concentrations in the region of the strike and how "charged" the meteor is on it's way in. Far more likely ionization at high enough concentrations causing an cascading ignition. Absolutely bloody likely if high enough damit and sideways and why did we ever let these boyz run amok? Guys in white jackets worship? Smarter than me syndrome? We just have to pray concentrations are below threshold and remain there otherwise, well, it will be over fast and we'll be a lit candle in the solar system for a few minutes.

I agree with this too! Only evidence I saw was subsidence of a few roads around the powerplant, and a munted road in the krikkosnack youtube video (where they had to go really slowly prior to reaching the coast). Even then, I witnessed very similar damage in Lyttleton and Christchurch New Zealand, from a vastly smaller quake.

Sounds like a set of dreams I had frequently last year, a few times this year as well. Fireworks/glowing sky/aurora, many causes but the same concept. Had a high radiation scenario dream a few weeks back (around some reactor building), but that's probably what happens when you smack your brain around on this thread too long! I'd say a decent amount of people on here are some sort of empath too (we're all 'crazy' remember!).
That said, I had strong tsunami dreams prior to the 2005 boxing day tsunami >_>

No worries. That's what I think we are looking at. I can see no other reason for the camera to risk being damaged or stuck between roof sheets (and the first time they have ever done that). There are also blackened lumps around it which could be what was once fuel pellets. Most images of fuel rods are silvery, it also depends on the background and reflective surfaces surrounding it. Arnies' one appeared mostly dark grey but silvery sometimes. The piece to the right of that frame I captured is about 2-3x longer but does not appear to have a uniform end on it like the pictured section.
