I'm not actually big on conspiracies, I generally argue against them more than for them, though that does not make them any less interesting. In cases like this site they're often very educational.

That combined with the up to date news and general intelligence of this site makes it very appealing, I have only even been on one other forum and the gap in quality intelligence and maturity is insane.

Thus the interest i have in this site, I am very skeptical and generally require a lot of convincing before i will make a point of view my own.

I'm always open for discussion on any topic, always happy to answer any questions, especially those people often think are imposing, as they generally interest me most.

I'm also a nerd, enjoy videogames but more so anime, I took MMA defense classes and fencing for many years and recently started up Kendo.

I love Japanese culture and cheese. I am horrible with fish - They keep dying.

I have actually been here a little while, i just have a bad habit of doing things in the wrong order. I did not actually notice the introductions thread until now. I totally modestly say that i catch on to things rather quickly though, I am a genius like that.

And yes the natural disasters interest me a lot, especially with so many in so little time, any theories on if they're connected or not?

Welcome Alina, and konichi-wa! It's nice to see a fellow fencer on the board. You will find the rhythm of parry, riposte to be quite rapid here at times.

Currently I am unemployed, I just finished an adv dip of Network security and prior to that psychology/sociology.

Not entirely sure what i want to do now, sort of in limbo about it.

As for survival? I'm probably more set than most (if you don't count this site as most)

I'm happy with my fitness, I have solar panels now and a petrol generator, My sister grows food in the garden and i know a lot of random skills, such as lockpicking and how to make thermite, the basics.

PS~ Thank you all for the welcome.
