But, everyone... that was then. If you need a judge, god auctually flipped out and did it for real and god ordained me King of Heaven and Earth because of the stress on our afterlife and heaven being overpopulated and storyline from mesopotamian days to today is my guess why he did that to me. Point of fact, who cares about a Lord Jesus, when I am King. Remember, Jesus was just a construction worker, I am auctually a real king, ignore my welfare state. heheh..

Please follow the new chain of command of today, I guess.

"In a little millenium called 2000, I was born."

Sincerely,

God ordained
King of Heaven and Earth,
Imperial and Royal House of Hohenzollern
Imperial and Royal Majesty
Fernidad Frederick, King of Prussia
Emperor of Germany

I envy you that. When I mark my gifts, they are in mundane areas, and I'm never too happy to recall that both Judas and I held the same position of the keeper of the money... I do try to serve a little better than he did, though.

My 2nd gift is that of giving, and that brings me faaaar greater joy than discernment, much more practical as well.

Well after looking at the poll and the authors and co-authors of this article I have to admit this is a typical anti-religion and anti-christian attack on people who espouse a belief in god. Very liberal and also very convenient. It's no surprise people in our university system are so liberal, it has always been that way. Anyway, it's amusing to watch as they try to morph Jesus, the son of god, into a socialist humanist anti-war drug-loving rainbows and butterflies peacenik. Who no doubt would be a liberal these days - which is the convenient part. On and on we go into the political sh**storm. If one is not a liberal or a democrat then one must be a bad guy.

Eat your liberal news kids, it's good for you!

Btw, Luke 22 35-38 explains what Jesus feels about gun control. When jesus told us to turn the other cheek when slapped, he wasn't talking about being a wimp or not acting in self-defence. He was, get this, actually talking about a slap to the face!!! Which means if someone tries to shoot you, you have a right to protect yourself because the person isn't trying to slap you. Personally, I think jesus was telling us to use your head in a given situation and be merciful and humble.

But if you refuse what i offer and want the liberal stuff, please do so. I am not your dad.

It says at the top of my post that I was replying to "Adjensen".

I'm very confused to what you're trying to say.

To be honest, a true christian wouldn't even support a politician.

You are imposing your own cultural views on to Christianity. Not every person, much less every Christian believes all politicians are evil!

Man, you're unbelievable!
What you say looks like 'special pleading' to me... because Jesus said 'slap' he didn't mean 'gun' so shooting someone is ok?
Ma dai!
At the time Jesus was speaking, a slap in the face was a very serious thing, culturally speaking. In fact I have been told that what he was referring to is what we would call a 'back-hander', a blow delivered with considerable force!
Like it or not, he taught his followers to not resist violence. He would, I truly believe, not approve of drawing your weapon and blowing someone away.
Y'all like to talk about using your arsenal to 'defend yourself', but studies have shown that a huge chunk of the mind-blowing number of Americans killed and injured by guns every year, are hurt by guns they kept to defend themselves! (They, or their children, which is an even sadder fact)
