The FBI on Wednesday announced the arrest of an ex-soldier with ties to White Supremacists in connection with a bomb that was placed along the parade route at the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Unity March in Spokane, Wa., on Jan. 17.

Interesting how under-reported this story is so far. Likely because it doesn't involve 'radical Islamists' but rather is a case of domestic terror associated with the racism of the the right in America.

Harpham is ex-military, and considered a 'nice guy' by those who know him. I can't help but wonder how much the anti-MLK propaganda that cropped up in right wing media around the time of the parade, contributed to Harpham's decision to attempt mass murder.
