Cannot change avatar pic!

I cannot change my avatar pic...when I try to do it it directs me to a ATS Media login and when I try to login with my ats login and password it will not log me in to change my avatar pic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what the F !!! what a friggin pain in the ass !

what do I have to do ???

Have you ever changed your password? As far as I know you have to use your original one to log in there (could be wrong though ofc.).

Just copy and paste that in and It should work.

Make sure you are logging in rather that signing up, Make sure your password is correct (And if you have changed that recently then let me know)

Another option is to have a clear out of your cookies ect

I changed my password over a year ago...and I am currently logged in on ATS so why do I have to login AGAIN just to change a pic ?? this makes NO sense.

Sure it makes sense. Isnt there a requirement you SIGN UP for the Media part? Its for members only to participate in? Its not automatically included with your basic ATS. Wherever it says SIGN UP, and youve been avoiding that...DO IT! Sign up to the MEDIA part...and go from there....
Anyway, you can click your uploaded photos and click USE AS AVATAR in basic I believe

PS I had to do that as well awhile back....no problems

nope...does not work...if I click on the pictures link in tools it wants me to login again...I cannot even see the pics I uploaded...how the hell do I upload a pic if I cannot even sign in when I am already signed in ??????????



so what you saying is I need to sign up for media ATS to even see my pics that were already uploaded ?? how does that work ?? how to I create a new Media account that links to my profile pics I already have ??

as an added plus...signups are disabled right now.....what kind of screw job is this ???????

You said you changed your password. I think you have to log in (not sign up) with that password instead of the one you're using now. Try that and you may be able to log in..finally.

friend, Ive no clear answer for you except it does take a bit to move around this place, and I could not do the same as you...but look...Ive just changed mine from my pictures, copied the link, deleted the link on the profile next to "upload avatar" and clicked "submit" and here is my new avatar.
Went to TOOLS>PICTURES>CLICKED ON THE PICTURE>COPIED URL>WENT TO PROFILE>HIGHLIGHTED URL>DELETED IT>COPIED NEW CHOSEN PICTS URL IN BOX>CLICKED SUBMIT

i cant even get any avatar i go to the media page..all signed in click use as avatar on my picture submit it goes back to my profile page and it states no avatar totally confused

absolutely NONE of the step by step guide is anything I can do...all the steps I am supposed to click on do not exist on my screen.

I do not have a "members tools" button...just "tools"

under "tools" there is no "media portal account" tab.....just a sub menu with "messages | complaint | account | email | password | subscriptions | profile | members | pictures"

There is NO choice of "Personal upload" anywhere at all.

If I click on "pictures" it takes me to this link which will NOT let me login Login Link

so now what ???

you know...it should takes seconds to change a avatar pic like it USED TO....not this crap of jumping thru hoops and getting nowhere.

Yes
you have to log in first to ATS and then a second time for the picture galerie
once you habe embeded the picture in your media profile
you take the link and thats it

if you cant go into (Tool -> Picture)
with your ATS password .. then maybe there is a problem
you tried to change it (tool -> password) ?
