I'm sure you all have heard of lucid dreaming and all that good stuff, but Have you ever found a definitive guide? I did the other day, it's excellent, and seems like it gives an excellent overview. Here is a link to the online free PDF version of it.

It's wrote by Stephen LaBerge, Ph. D.and Howard Rheingol, two people who have experience with the subject (First hand) Give it a look, I've already started my dream journal

Thanks. I'll be taking a look at this when I get the chance.
Why under paranormal though? Lucid dreaming isn't exactly fringe science, or other worldly. Most people can learn it. Just curious. S&F.

Well, I posted it here because I've seen other threads about it on this forum, and I think Lucid Dreaming is a form of OOBE.

Also, thank's for the S&F

Ah, I own this book. It's a pretty good read. The only thing i disagree with in it is that out of body experiences are the same as lucid dreaming. But i had fun reading it as a "modern book". i have an older book that's probably a bit harder to find but this one is worth looking at.

I didn't know there was a free PDF version... that's ok
