FWIW Whisper. I have to agree with this statement.

We rarely get the whole story in any 5 line news blurb.

Which is why I said this.

Obviously, I don't know this woman. Or her circumstances.

My harshness was aimed at this being under normal circumstances. Which, it might not have been.
And I'm sure many parents have taken a nap at the same time as their toddler. And I agree toddlers can get away from you at times. So I do agree with you and others there are different perspectives to look at this from. Which, as I've said before, is one reason I come here. And one reason I posted this. I like different perspectives, and I like having my own belief system challenged. Even if I don't always agree with the challenge. I still get to see an angle I might not have considered otherwise.
