Hey I found something about the hunt on a message board. Is this a clue.

No it isnt a clue, and no it isnt from Thomas Crown, it is a banner displayed by all those who have found a ring and become Captains of Enlightenment. Please dont mention names yet, we are still awaiting a confirmation.
