most people who want to be called lord are either evil bastards like lord vader, or greedy old politicians and business men from an old era. none of these seem like good guys in my opinion but i suppose lord prescott has a certain charm about him and lord vader did kill the emperor so maybe not quite the devil, but not angelic either.

Technically, if you believe in a biblical devil, he is the lord of materialism.....and ruler of this planet.
