I don't care if people hoax UFO photos, because I don't believe in them anyway. And I certainly would never accept a compelling UFO image as true with no additional hard evidence to back it up. Not that UFO images are completely useless, but I would say that by themselves they are only of interest for entertainment and curiosity purposes and not serious study.

There are plenty of perfectly legitimate UFO photos out there already. Weird stuff flies around, and occasionally people get pictures of it. It still doesn't help explain what's going on. There's no explanation possible without the additional evidence.

I hope I never have a close encounter when I'm alone.

That would be one of the most amazing and frustrating things you could ever experience. Even if you were 100 percent able to convince yourself that you weren't hallucinating or delusional or just not perceiving something correctly (like with a magic trick), you could never really prove it to anybody. They would just have to believe you, or not. The only attitude you could take to keep from driving yourself crazy is to just admit to yourself and everybody that you can't prove it, but you know what you know and that's good enough for you, and take it to the grave with you like that.

I've seen a daylight one.
We were 14 people in that group, plus thousands more around us, looking and pointing up at it.

That should be enough as a statement, but those that don't want to believe, won't believe in it if it lands in front of them.

UFOfobic should be a word
