This is false. While they are not commissioned officers of the law, they are still federal employees who are bound by the Constitution.

Im going to buy a Taser to keep in my car next to me, and if one of these goons tries to stop and search my car, They are going to get Zapped, I for one will not tolerate this type of harrassment and Nazi style program affecting my life to the least bit. All you have to do is search all the Muslims getting on and off the planes, and other Foreigners that look Suspicious, Indians, Mexicans, and people of Middleastern origin. An 85 year old retired Navy Veteran with a Walker does not need to be searched for explosives in his rear end, This is Assanine people, wake up. And to those of you that would claim that policy would be racist, grow up and get over it, it's also Racist for a nation to have a black history month, but no white history month, but I dont hear you bitching about that.

I find it odd that you celebrate thanksgiving, and yet you fail to recognise that the holiday of that name celebrates white history in America. Civil War re enactments celebrate white history in America, and your celebration of Independance Day is a celebration of white history. Your dollar bills celebrate white history in America, unless I missed the token black guy on a note here or there. At mount Rushmore , four white men stare for all eternity, carved in stone from a cliff face, in obscene scale, thier gaze locked on the future.
I could go on, and on and on and on. Your nations history is worn on the sleeve of your nation, its not just days or months, but a centuaries long LITANY of white history!
The only reason there is any particular attention, paid with a month of the year, to black history is because there is very little in your national monuments, that celebrates the input of black folks. To get butthurt over this celebration shows how little attention you are paying to your day by day , year by year existance.

People complain all the time about the TSA, but I have not seen any type of replacement suggested by anyone. What should we do to replace the TSA?

Who needs a replacement? Disband them and be done with it.

I am not taking the TSA side in the least bit, but I am going to point something out people dont seem to understand about the TSA.

The Officers who conduct the security screenings are NOT comissioned Law Enforcement. As such, they are not prevented from conducting a search of a person as Law Enforcement would be. Private security has more authority to to make contact with an individual in their security area, to ask questions, and to search items, where Law Enforcement is restricted by State and FEderal Law.

With that being said, I will ask this question again.

People complain all the time about the TSA, but I have not seen any type of replacement suggested by anyone. What should we do ti replace the TSA?

A replacement is not necessary right now ... they are as inefficient as ever anyways .. people bring in all types of things deemed 'illegal' .. why is it that they miss things going one way .. and claim you have to remove it from your bag on the return flight ..? they are just useless ... it's ridiculous how they behave and function ..

The first step is to remove the broken system ..it won't make it any less safe .. trust me ! I wouldn't be surprised if these TSA people are perverts and child molesters ... they have landed a dream job! ... gropping peoples' wives .. sisters .. mothers .. and children all day ... some of them are even literally staring and drooling at young girls ... it's so illegal !

A lot of them are just lurking around the dustbins waiting to collect all the new things people have been forced to throw away for nothing ! .. at one airport .. one of them even said .. "i got first dibs on that bottle... it's mine" ... blatantly and shamelessly .. pointing at the bottle pulled out from the dustbin and put aside on the shelf ...

Someone called them Porn scanners! .. how appropriate ... I will always use that phrase from now on .. because thats exactly what they are ..

My recent experience with TSA was alarming to say the least. I had just landed at LAX and wanted a cig. After walking 20 steps back to the security check, since you know, having to smoke for 40 seconds re-made me a threat to national security. I took off my clothes and had a naked picture taken of myself (that I didn't even get to see) in this really sexy pose and passed (thankfully) since I was pondering what else they could possibly do incase I didn't "spread em far enough." Just as I was putting my clothes back on and greatful that I atleast got to smoke before naked time with TSA, the woman right behind me was made an example of what happens if you get snooty about your naked picture. This tiny woman, wearing leggings and a tight t-shirt was MOLESTED right in front of my eyes. I couldn't stop staring. I know, rude. I kept thinking to myself, "do they honestly think they are going to find something they can't see?? I mean, I feel qualified to say that she wasn't hiding no wires or bombs let alone a bra. The TSA agent asked if she preferred a male or female for her pat-down then proceeded to thoroughly check alllll areas of this tiny spandexed woman. I was so embarrased. I stood there and stared along with 20 other people probably all wondering what our next move would be if these agents wanted to go to second base with this chick. Anyway, the theme of this story is: "wearing your spandex pants isn't going to pursuade TSA that you aren't hiding weapons/camels/breastmilk-posing bomb liquid... I won't go on...

The TSA wants to be the new Gestapo.
They are maybe a 1/3 of the way to making that a reality.

You got to applaud the Amtrak exec. And hope he doesn't have an "accident".

That is complete and utter garbage. The fourth Amendment protect people from government searches and siezures without a warrant, not LEO searches and siezures. The TSA is not private security. They are a bunch of government employed slack-jawed, slope headed, mouth-breathing former hamburger flippers who probably flunked the LEO psych eval tests and need to make up for their minescule penises by wearing a dime-store tin badge. They are not to be pitied, however. They and their families are to be shunned, denied even the most rudimentary human interaction, ostracized. They, and their families, should be treated with such scorn and disdain that they decide it's not worth it, and quit, or become an alcoholic and are fired, or commit suicide.

S & F. This man should run for president: I'd vote for him! It is damned nice to see a public servant looking out for us instead of cowed by the TSA gestapo.

It's about time people began being outraged over the TSA's sexual assualt and invasion of privacy in violation of the constitution. The more exposure this gets, the more people will begin to oppose this harrasmant, so S+F for you.

Every one should know what this is about . In other countries where this is a breach of freedom It is sickening. I applaud the amtrack exec that lost it. I would add ,women being groped , soldiers returning from war and the general populace and in the name of God American kids with their parents. Now it's out in the open with highway checks , scanners and everything else . The next step, grocery stores as they allready have walmart.
I am sorry I really enjoyed going to the States for a holiday but now I find myself at peace in my own country. The Us Security has gone into insane mode and rightly so because of what they are doing behind your backs .
The general populace is afraid to speak for fear of reprisals , mitigated by the ones whose salaries are paid by you. Please in the name of God wake up! You have no more time to sit on your ass and watch dancing with the stars.

The problem is that people are to afraid to say anything for fear of the No Fly List or becoming stranded away from home.

On a recent interview, Napolitano said "You would be surprised how few complaints we get" when questioned about this. That is part of the problem here. They will never know how many object to this as nobody dares to complain. I'm sure that is the plan.

It would appear that the Executive Branch has decided to ignore the Constitution they hate and act as Dictators. I honestly think they believe it's for our own good which scares me even more.

The last thing Amtrack needs is for people to avoid traveling by train as many are avoiding traveling by plane when they can travel by car instead.

People can drive to Amtrack's destinations instead of taking a nasty, harassing TSA train ride. This poor guy is seeing the train business flash before his eyes.

I hope we will be arresting the TSA perverts soon in Texas.
