Edmonton, AB, Canada here. I am paying 1.16 / litre. 1.16 for 87 ( 1.30 10ish days ago
) and we extract 1.5 million bbls/day out of the ground in this darn province. Go figure.

Everyone in the UK who pay 1.30ish per litre are pretty close in terms of out of pocket expenses compared to the rest of the US and Canada. You get paid in pounds so technically saying you pay 10 dollars a gallon is not really accurate in terms of you dont have to pay the gas pump 10 dollars of your hard earned money.

Either way we are giving the Oil Companies billions of new reasons annually to keep us dependant on them. Perhaps it's time to look into a water run vehicle? YouTube here I come...

One last thing. I have been a huge fan of this site and what it represents to my freedom for 4 years now. Because of members like yourself my eyes have been opened to real stories that affect us daily. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I heard the NW has the highest gas prices right now... somewhere below $4 a gal. I also paid 10 dollars for cigs the other day way more than where I usually pay. I'm so lucky/unlucky to live next to a tribal casino with a Toys R Us for adults liquor store ( the store is freaking huge I run into friends from other towns there because of the prices and availability)... Anyways glad I have a cheap Hyundai *misses his stang*
