Seriously, some dogs actually smile, but most show their happiness in other ways.
Now, a cat smiling would be really something! (Ya'al know that the Chesire Cat in Alice in... is fictioinal, right?

Well he eats everything else so it wouldn't surprise me

Thats him after I got him home from the vet (he just got the snip) he stood there like zombie for about an hour

I reckon most dogs just naturally have a smile on their face all the time when their mouths are open, I think its cuz of the way their lips go up at the back it makes them look happy whenever they pant.
