5.3.3. Safety and health aspects of climate modeling through aviation
According to D. Mitchell and W. Finnegan seeding the atmosphere with aerosols containing oxides of metals as part of a geo-engineering project have some drawbacks:170
Increase of the rates of strategic ozone destruction.
Higher costs of injecting sulfur compounds into the atmosphere.
Decrease in solar radiation altering the hydrological cycle with more frequent droughts.
Change in sky color from blue to white.
Less solar power.

Change in precipitation patterns have already been covered in paragraph 4.3, confirming that climate modeling projects through aviation should be approached in a much more cautious way. Ozone depletion is a fact, which could effectively be countered if HAARP was to be used for more peaceful purposes. The change of color is probably the more frequent appearance of a milky sky, which is a totally unacceptable prospect if geo-engineering is to be used on a global scale.

1986 The Soviet air force diverted Chernobyl fallout from reaching Moscow by seeding clouds. Belarus, instead, was hit with the toxic fallout. [36]

Appleman was the first in 1953 to present charts that predict the likely hood of contrail formation.................They identifed a unique range within which a contrail should theoretically form.
However the lack of field tests to verify these models and the fact that contrails have been noted to form and spread during conditions not deemed favorable according to some of the models

That is not some Air Force "manifesto" or policy paper, did you notice those are all officers going through air force professional officer courses, that have a paper to write together and turn in as part of their air war college course?

Mid ranking officers going through courses at an AFB in Alabama, are not in charge of the USAF and DoD. You are again linking to something and not knowing much about what you are linking too

Contrails (thus, alleged chemtrails) are in the troposphere, far far below the ionosphere and magnetosphere. So if HAARP's research is in the ionosphere, and the stuff in alleged chemtrails are being used as sensors by HAARP, what exactly would they be sensing in the troposphere?

What is the significance of this stuff you posted about this company (Battelle)?

You highlighted "efficacy testing" and you highlighted something about making fuel from napalm and industrial waste. I assume these highlighted items are meaningful to you, but could you explain how they are meaningful to the topic at hand (which is that many of the contrails we see are actually chemtrails)?

I went to that company's website, and the company seemed OK to me. Are you saying that you feel this company doing something malicious? If so, can you tell me what that is? Is Battelle involved in chemical spraying from airplanes (or geo-engineering in general)? If you believe they are, can you please show me the connection?
