I read your thread on your hands, I would highly recommend ancient chinese therapy, they really seem to know what they are doing... I hear aspirin is good for it as well...

creatine also help heal and restore muscle tissue if you are lacking in that department.. I know when I get sore I take some creatine before my workout and the next day i'm alot less stiff, it just feels good.. u can get it at gnc if u got it down there...
