I have not bought any product from them for 15 years and do not intend to.

This will not do anything to lower prices. TPTB are wanting to squeeze more out of "Us" Just like they crashed the economy the last time that fueled the housing market crash, the stock market, the car business, banks and credit card companies.

As it has been discussed all over this board and others, we "Have" to have it, so we cut back on other things... can't do without food, so it's the house, the credit card, the car, and on and on.

They Bail them all out with what we pay in........ really not... they just print more to pay it cause their pockets need lined with the real stuff.

So NOW they are going after what we really can't do without.........FOOD - Record prices/shortages now in the msm .......WATER
..... fracking polluting it with drilling and adding chemicals to "Purify" it.

So... should my reply have been in the "Rant" section

Rant on brother

All I can say is We the People will never ever be able to come together on any real solutions facing our country. The proof is on these boards & this post.
Gotta keep em separated.

ExxonMobil, BP/Amooco, Concoco-Phillips are the 3 largest in the world. Don't buy from them and only buy from local firms.

the grass is always greener.

Now let me see.
  • Fuel = $7.8/US Gallon
  • Average wage = $36,000
  • Average house price = $195,000
  • Unit (1*kWh) of electricity = $0.26
  • Heating oil (kerosine) = $1,300 / 1000 litres
  • Loaf of bread = $2.23 (average)
  • Whole Leg of lamb = $34.75
  • Beef mince (ground beef) = $5.50 / lb

To mention but a few.

I actually can't believe I am the first one to say this.

Here goes:
You need to find out what company your local gas station gets its oil from.
Let's say Sheetz for example. They are national.
Find out who sells them gasoline and then boycott. (If it's Chevron)
Or a local gas station/family business. Like Mama's Gas.
You have to find out who their supplier is.
Same difference.
But watch out for rising prices elsewhere.

If you ask around, you will find more and more companies get their oil/gas from the big 3. So you have to be very careful where you boycott for this to be effective. It's like saying you won't buy from a Marathon gas station but you'll buy from Mama's Gas (in which Chevron is their supplier).

Understand?
