average American is content with knowing nothing and letting themselves be taken care of.

Actually no that is it not the " typical " average american. Those you speak of ( see above ) are the those whom embrace the fractional reserve system that is ongoing. These people ( not all ) but most tend to be liberals who firmly believe in getting something for nothing ( thus the Unconstitutional social programs). You can adequately describe them as isolationists. Which obviously is the direct opposite of what this country truly needs, and that would be individualists.

I don't believe you're an average American. Average Americans don't post on conspiracy loon websites or even know they exist. I'm no average American but I did grow up in the Deep South in the first half of the last century so I will be interested in your replies.

Should the other 2 permit you the time to do that, it might work. The one you spanked would be very embarrassed and his friends would likely be laughing at him. On the other hand, depending on the type of punk, you might be seriously injured or killed while attempting to inflict corporal punishment.
