I never said anything about ladies.

Believe me, if I could stay home with my daughter all day I'd be more than happy with my wife being the sole bread winner. Of course I would be happy either way.

When one parent is able to stay home it's not only better for the family and children...it's better for society as a whole.

Whatever that list is and whatever has happened it's not communism.

Communism is a social system that does away with economy all together and everything is shared.

If that isn't happening then it's simply not communism. Whomever made that list obviously didn't want communism, they had their own agenda. Do you think the Russian government wanted communism? Of course they didn't, the people DID, but they didn't get what they wanted which is typical for most countries, or at least it used to be before state conditioning twisted everything over the last few decades.

Historically the left, socialism, communism were worker movements, not government or authorities. What happened during and after WWI was European governments instigated fascism while trying to convince the people it was a peoples government, thus Russia used the term communism, and Germany used the term socialism, neither of them were. It was just government as usual lying to the people in order to maintain power and control for the capitalist owners of the means of production. Why believe those governments when you probably don't even trust your present government huh?

The west perpetuated the communist myth because it was part of justifying the military and all it's cost to the people. Without the 'communist threat' the US would not have been able to invade, Korea, Vietnam etc. Those wars were nothing to do with communism.

The state fears true communism because it would strip them of their power and privileged life styles, that we the people finance through our labour.

I'm not really opposed to what you are saying. I grew up in that kind of home. One of my Parents was always there and knew where I was and what I was doing all the time. I loved them all the more for that. My Mother was very happy being a full time Homemaker which I view as a real job.

The option must remain for people to make their own decisions on that. Many Parents do just fine with both working and many have no choice.

Communism in it's literal form is indeed an Ideal, a Shagri-La. Problem is we are Human Beings. It simply won't work with Human Beings. I know that and you know that. This silly argument about the difference between literal Communism and the reality of Socialism in the REAL WORLD we live in is well, just silly and adolescent.

The people leading this Progressive Movement are the same as those who have led them in the past. In the end, it will end up the same. To think otherwise is beyond wishful thinking and living in a fantasy world.

Truth is, you can't get ten people to operate together in a communal society, let alone billions. What Obama and the radical Progressives want is I agree, not real Communism. These are just Narcissistic people who can't see beyond their own ego's and in reality are sociopathic in their views of everyone else, who they consider to be to incompetent to run their own lives. Absolute control freaks, who can't see that their idea's always fail because they have deluded themselves into thinking history is irrelevant, simply because they were not there to run the show.

If they get their way and redistribute the wealth, everyone will be poor, the Middle Class will be gone and the Merry-Go-Round keep turning the same way it always does. Then their will nobody left to give anyone else a hand up, because Progressives are the least giving people on top of everything else. They use Capitalism to get rich themselves, never share, think the government should be all things to all people, force their views on everyone else, lie and cheat if need be without compunction and never, ever put their money where their mouth is. They tell us what to do while doing the opposite.

Progressives believe freedom is them controlling the lives of everyone else.

I'm not here to convince you whether socialism/communism can work or not.

I just posted to dispel the myths and lies.

Why is it whenever someone tries to tell me socialism/communism isn't what it is, and lose, they revert the 'it won't work' argument.

I'm not interested in your negative opinions.

Capitalism DOESN'T WORK EITHER, for the majority of people. Sorry but that's the truth.

BTW communism is not a utopia, there is no such thing, and by saying that you admit that capitalism is not an ideal system.

You have no faith in the ability of people, take a look at what happened in Spain in 1936, the workers collectivized industry increasing productivity by 20%. They rebuilt the trains and the inner cities etc. They did this while being in the middle of a war which included Hitlers Stukas bombing their cities.

Anarchists seldom use the phrase 'civil war' in relation to the events because it hides the revolutionary nature of the struggle within the republican side, a revolution in which some seven million workers on the land and in industry took over their workplaces.
