Parents Fight Canadian Hospital for Child's Survival

Two weeks ago, doctors advised Moe and Nader Maraachli that their baby's degenerative disease was so bad that no treatment would cure his persistent vegetative state. Health care professionals presented Baby Joseph's parents with a consent form that would allow doctors to take him off life support.
the Parents refused.
The case was brought to the Consent and Capacity Board, they ruled that Baby Joseph's breathing tube should be removed.

Well it seems the parents simply requested that doctors perform a tracheotomy, so that Baby Joseph's family could take him home and take care of baby Joseph in his final days.

Mom and Dad claim the Hospital said no to that Option... the Hospital says that's not true...

so here we go round and round with a dying baby, patents who just want to take their child home and this Big Bureaucratic system saying, not so fast

To think.. All US/CAN needs to do is prevent the production of just one... JUST ONE.. missile and a dozen babies could be saved from life threatening issues.
