Decided to consolidate two stories into one, for I believe they are linked. Ghadafi attempted to personally transfer funds from his CDN accounts, but was immediately rejected at the hands of the Security Council via PM Harper directly.

CBC claims the police have someone under arrest. It`s a "young man". I wonder when the call went in?

After Montebello where the Canadian gov was busted starting the violence in order to blame the peacefull protestors, and of course were busted lying...
Like Harper was busted lying about being a bilderberger stooge prior to becoming (being installed) PM...

..Id say the first culprit would be the office of the PM

Someone set a fire on the sidewalk outside the 24 Sussex gate last night. The fellow arrested is from Gatineau. Maybe he was just looking for a ride home after partying? After all, there was freezing rain. I can`t help laughing at this scenario though. If it`s true and all linked together, then that guy must have one heck of a bad headache this morning.
